      A terrible experience with both appliance and customer service. Your company has completely failed in every aspect. In the five years that I've had the Blue Star Range, I have had two gas leaks, replaced three burners, and am about to replace the oven ignition for the third time. Repeated requests WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD for a new unit were denied. Requests to extend the warranty on what was a faulty unit were also denied. The performance of my unit is certainly not one of a "high-quality kitchen appliance" as described on their site. Nor are they "winning consumers" as their president Eliza Sheffield remarks. A range that requires this much maintenance and so many replacement parts in so little time is NOT indicative of "quality manufacturing" as they also tout.

      If I could leave less than 1 star I would. ***** DO NOT BUY ONE THEY ARE TRASH****ONLY BUY THE STOVE TOP THAT STILL WORKS GREAT WITH NO ISSUES BUT I ALSO Purchased two wall ovens a few years ago and have nothing but issues from the day I bought them with it not holding temps and the more I see everyone's complaints the more I know these ovens are not good. I have had a tech out at my house more than 4 times to fix the issue but it seems like I am having the same issue everyone has and then I tell them my girlfriend bakes cakes from home and sells them from time to time and they say that voids the warranty and they are not going to stand by the product and I am on my own as I'm out of warranty. The last conversation I had with them was let the engineers come up with a fix and see if that works which it didn't. One oven worked for a few months as we only used it a few times and now it is broke as it wont get hotter than 250 degrees which is the same problem i have had from day one and might I add the first tech visit found out that the broiler wasn't hooked up right and save your energy John is worthless to talk to as the product is trash and from everyone's reviews they are having the same issue. I am in the process of filing a claim with the attorney generals office as I am left with an oven that is only good to warn a dish and not cook anything.

      I have documents to prove that Blue Star Is far from the price I paid. I have constant problems with major parts of this wall oven. I have not been able to use my oven for over o e month, parts are never available within a reasonable amount of time. This is ongoing for the past 5 years. I am making you aware that I have contacted my lawyer and the appliance lemon law association. I demand a complete refund for Wall Oven serial number 1712086, model BW030AGS. This is not to be considered a threat but a demand.you will comply to my demand of a complete refund. I insist upon your cooperation and compliance to my demand by no later than next week. Your terms mean nothing to me nor to others as I have read.

      I have notified this company has several time to find out why an oven ordered in August has yet to arrive by December. There was never an answer until I was ready to go to court. Now they say the fault is with the dealer and the dealer said it was a blue star mistake. Talking to district representative Mat out of Dallas has given a number reasons such as i like to let the dealers work out the problem, the dealer never sent payment, and the ultimate insult was just cancel the order and try to get your money back from the dealer. After getting your money back, find another dealer and start the order process over again. The finger pointing instead of fixing problems will undoubtedly result in legal actions. How sad that a 100% disable veteran fighting over 20 years for his country is to be treated this way by an american business. Please stay away from Blue Star as no one there cares about consumers.
