I have investigated a copy of my credit report and I have seen a huge load of inaccurate/fraudulent on it. What's more as a consumer, I intentionally request that you dispose of these inaccurate/underhanded things from my credit report.Business response

The basis for my dispute AR Resources Incorporated, *************************************, COO,AR RESOURCES INC, ********,$556 - was required to notify me prior to 06/13/2017, or no later than 30 days after. AR RESOURCES INCfailed to notify me about reporting derogatory info. to *******, ********, and ********** In section 603(p) 15 U.S.C. ss 168s-2(a)(7)(A)(I); The notice required under subparagraph (A) shall be provided to the customer prior to, or no later than 30 days after 06/13/2017, furnishing the negative derogatory information to a consumer reporting agency described in section 603 (p), 15 U.S.C. ss 1681s-2(a)(7)(B)(I). Plus broke commercial law under UCC § 9.501 that all notices were timely and properly given by dated certified mail receipt. They were not met. I asked for documentation & received no response. Also, AR RESOURCES INC" failed to give me my "Mini-Miranda" five days prior to placing this derogatory item on all of my credit reports, per Section 807(11) & FDCPA §809, which is $1000 per violation and the state of Texas allows treble damages. Under § 809. Validations of date and Mini-Mirandi under Section 807(1)AR Resources Incorporated, Mr. Craig V**********, COO failed to send me my initial communication before placing this alleged derogatory status on my credit reports further violating the FCRA, I understand that according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, failing to provide this notice can result in a penalty up to $2500 and can be enforced by the FTC, and that my state attorney general can also enforce this with a $1000 penalty as well. I attached a copy of the law and the actual document from the federal reserve AR RESOURCES INCis held liable as well for defamation and in the state of Texas a creditor is who collects their on debt is considered a debt collector under FDCPA. ***** v. ***** 980 S.W.2d693(Tex.App-San Antonio 1989 reh.den.) citing ****** v. ***** 936 S.W.2d 654(Tex.App-Dallas 1996 writ dism'd w.o.j.)Business response

AR Resources was given a debt from college that I was having difficulty paying. They continue to add interest charges against the schools wishes to the point where the intial debt has over over doubled.My main complaint is the company refuses to send a paper or ebill which is required by law. I have asked multiple times while making payments to no avail.Business response

I have never had an account with these companies (collection company) Account #****. REMOVE from all credit reporting agencies from reporting.1. Consumer means any natural person obligated or allegedly obligated to pay any debt. According to 15 U.S. Code §1692a(3)2. Please be advised that AR Resources, did received a written dispute of this balance from the consumer on 11/04/21. In response, validation materials provided by our client were mailed to the consumer at the address provided on 11/21/21. We have also updated our credit reporting of this debt to reflect the disputed status. Thank you.

I am not liable nor do I owe this alleged debt that you are saying I owe. Im confused about how you even have my information to contact me, I know that you can purchase alleged debts from other companies, but you must first have my permission to obtain any type of information on me. I never gave you any type of permissible purpose to obtain my information I have never done business with you nor can you produce a contract or written agreement between me and you that gives you permission to have this information. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681a(4) you are infringing upon my consumer right to privacy by having this information and are in violation of 15 USC 1681n for willful noncompliance. Lastly, I, the consumer am the only one who can validate this debt pursuant to 15 USC 1692a(5) and I do not owe this alleged debt. I am a federally protected consumer under title 15 chapter 41 and my consumer rights are being violatedBusiness response

It is also possible that the consumer has confused us with the AR Resources, Inc. based in Jacksonville, FL, with whom we share a name, but no affiliation. Our office is based in Blue Bell, PA.
