            I was sold a lemon. Bought my first truck on 3/6/24. Less than a week after bringing the truck home, I notice an oil leak and multiple error codes are displayed on the dash "Service ESC, Traction Control OFF, and Service Parking Brake." I make an appointment with a local dealer and the *** warranty covers the oil leak repair estimated at $700. But I have to pay $200 for a diagnostic fee for the error codes, which are gone, but reappear after 3 days. Around this time I also begin to feel hard shifting in lower gears when driving. I make an appointment with Pacifico and go to EXTENSIVE lengths (they are located almost 2 hours from my home) to have them address the error codes and transmission concern. Their tech says "no problem found at thid time" but when I pick up the truck from them, the error codes displayed, the touchscreen doesn't come on for the almost 2 hour drive home and the shifting issue is still present. I reach out to Pacifico again and get no answers until finally, thankfully I get a hold of the truck sales manager who promises to pay for any outstanding balances. I make an appointment with a different local dealer who tells me they were able to easily identify electrical issues and began ordering parts. Which unfortunately took almost 2 MONTHS to arrive. For that time I was forced to find alternate transportation to and from work with no rental or loaner car available. Now that the repairs have been completed, there is still an outstanding balance of $330 not covered by the service contract which Pacifico had promised to pay but didn't after the repair dealer attempted to contact them a half dozen times to no avail. After speaking with Pacifico, I was ping ponged from one rep to another, both saying the other is responsible for authorizing the payment. Today on 7/30, I was forced to pay the balance to get the truck I have made 4 payments on, but only driven for 3 weeks. Only owned for 4 months, and $3500 worth of work has been done.Review limit exceed

            My Truck Manager and I spoke with ********************** today, July 31, and reviewed his concern. His repair has taken an extensive time over several months and when he asked our service advisor about some financial help that he had pronised **********************, he simply could not rember back several months ago. My Truck Manager and I did remember we offered that and we spoke with him after he spoke with our service advisor and agreed to reimbursing him the $330 that he felt he should not have to pay for. We emailed him stating that he would be reimbursed the $330 and ended the call with a pleasant conversation. I feel at this point the matter is resolved and that ********************** is satisified with the outcome.******* Pacifico
