Took my 2017 Lincoln MKZ in yesterday for routine tire rotation and oil change; they told me that the brake fluids had to be flushed and replaced, AND....that my rear brakes and rotors were shot, but front ones were fine; I declined the extra work. Took it to another Ford/Lincoln dealer, and they told me that the brake fluid does NOT need to be routinely changed out, unless the sealed system has been opened; it hasn't. They showed me that the front AND rear brake and rotors are just FINE, with lots of wear left, like at least 25k more miles! Do NOT TAKE YOU CAR TO A DIEHL FORD DEALER FOR SERVICE; they WILL TRY....to RIP YOU OFF! If I could give NO STARS, I would!!Review from Tony N

This Dealership and their online pricing are dishonest and deceptive. I tried to buy a Jeep from them the online price was 41K. The salesperson and manager both told me that was the lease only price, but I could lease the jeep at the 41K price then I could just purchase it Jeep after I made the first payment so I got all the incentives and rebates. They sent me the lease numbers and once I paid the lease and purchased the vehicle the cost was 63K. When I did the math and questioned the numbers the salesperson became became very sketchy. So I took pictures of their website and said I dont want to lease I want to purchase for the advertised price and filled out an online offer sheet on their website. Once I did that they refused to acknowledge the offer and refused to answer my calls. This dealer is very shady and dishonest with their pricing and it became obvious they were trying to take advantage of me and hoping I couldnt do simple math so they could say they were leasing me a car at 42K then charging me 62K before I complete the lease buyout.Review from brandy k

I spent over $3000 in travel to purchase a chevy tahoe from Diehl of Robinson. As I was connecting to my 2nd flight (they refused to allow me to purchase on line and said I had to fly down in person 7hrs one way) Already had my financing, paid insurance, arranged a shipping company (they would not help) the truck was completely rusted underneath!Review from Stephanie F

Diehl **** of *********- Highly unsatisfied with the service they provided. Took my vehicle there for warranty work and when I got my vehicle back it was in worse shape then when I dropped it off. They replaced a steering gear box and ball joints. When we got the vehicle back the first time the gear box failed and had to be returned for a new one. I could not keep the truck straight the steering was so bad and we noticed that both shock boots were busted that were not like that when we sent it there. After 2 week of Diehls having the vehicle we got it back and the steering was still messed up, there was grease on the head liner/visor/door and door handle, front fender was dented and paint cracked, and shock boots still busted. We called to voice our frustrations and the manager said if we are unhappy we can go to another dealership. I told them no and that they need to correct what they have done. They said they would detail the vehicle and fix the fender, we agreed. When we got it back you could still see where the grease was on the headliner and all they did with the fender is bend out the dents. The paint is still crack and will rust. The shock boots are still busted and the vehicle still doesnt drive correctly. This truck is a 2019 and there is no reason why we take it to a dealership to have work done and it comes back in worse shape. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company and its staff. Highly recommended for people to not take your vehicle there.Review from Thomas P

They try to squeeze extra money out of you. I paid for an extended warranty that I bought from the dealership at the time I bought my car. (March 2019) I paid extra for the $100 deductible. To me, that means if your car breaks down and it's covered, you're out $100. The radio died in my car.(Feb 2024) Radios are covered by the warranty. I brought it in to get it repaired under warranty and they started talking about how it was going to be $270 because there was an extra $150+tax trouble shooting step that had to be taken to replace the radio. That makes no sense. You buy the warranty with a deductible - the deductible is what the repair should cost. This is the place that gives mechanics and dealerships a bad name! Get your repair done somewhere else!

Leased kia ** on Sep.23 and on Sep 27 my information was on the dark web. Contacted ***** auto and their only response was that's unfortunate and they'll take it up with the upper personal, stated it's not their fault they don't sell information. They take zero responsibility. I'm left to deal the matter myself and I had excellent credit before I dealt with them I had fraud alert put on my TransUnion credit report.....,Review from Bob Y

Diehl in moon town ship lowered the price of a vehicle. I came in and they told me it was a lease price. Then tried selling me if for almost $5k more. The next day it was posted at $43k. When I first sent for information on it. The price was $45k. Then dropped to $38k. Then to $43k. I believe they did that to me to get me in the door. Lets just say I was ******. Diehl **** in Sharon only wants to make money on the financing . I said I was going to use my own credit Union and they acted totally offended. ******** went and hung out elsewhere. Finance guy didnt even know his own phone number. He left me a voice mail and told me TWICE to call him at MY OWN phone number. Arrogant and unprofessional people there. I went elsewhere. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I advised that my rear tire was losing air and to please have looked at. I was told there were 2 nails of which one was on the side wall and could not be patched. An order for the tire was done and would get a call in 3-4 days to come back in and have changed out. After 7 days I called and I was put on hold, no one came back on to advise where my tire was. I hung up, waited another 5 days, called again. Same thing! so again I hung up and waited to see if anyone would call back. No one ever did. I took my vehicle to ******* tire in Niles ** and they showed me there was only nail and in the middle where it could be patched. They did it only charged me $25 instead of the $200 for a new tire. It has been 2 weeks and my tire is fine.What upsets me the most is the person (***) behind the desk was talking to my friend about how beautiful and kind and on and on about me while I was in the restroom. She informed him that I am in a happy relationship. I feel this is why I was ignored and never taken care of.I will never return to this dealership nor recommend to anyone.Review from Elizabeth B

My fiance and I purchased a car at their Grove City location in November and had no serious issues with the sales team minus the poor treatment as though we were incompetent. However, we hit a deer right after in January and had absolutely NOTHING but trouble with the repair. After having to wait three months to get repairs done they had the car longer than agreed upon and repairs were not done correctly. This vehicle only has 10,000 miles and now is acting up similar to a car that has 100,000 miles. As an employee of the automotive industry the service I received here was absolutely appalling. If I could give a zero star review and demand retribution I would. Do not ever go to this dealership or repair center!
