              We are being harassed by the business with phone calls and text messages. They claimed we needed to do a customer interview with the bank after a vehicle purchase. We drove from ** to ** to purchase this car. A 3.5 hour one way trip. Upon arriving the car was not ready, nor was the paperwork for purchase, after spending all day there they did not do anything to make it better and even told us we needed to go purchase new license plate bolts ourselves as they didn't have the correct ones. After completing the customer interview with Ally, they have continued to call and harass us and have even started to call our work numbers. After spending all day at their office, why wasn't this addressed while sitting there.

              Took my 2017 Lincoln MKZ in yesterday for routine tire rotation and oil change; they told me that the brake fluids had to be flushed and replaced, AND....that my rear brakes and rotors were shot, but front ones were fine; I declined the extra work. Took it to another Ford/Lincoln dealer, and they told me that the brake fluid does NOT need to be routinely changed out, unless the sealed system has been opened; it hasn't. They showed me that the front AND rear brake and rotors are just FINE, with lots of wear left, like at least 25k more miles! Do NOT TAKE YOU CAR TO A DIEHL FORD DEALER FOR SERVICE; they WILL TRY....to RIP YOU OFF! If I could give NO STARS, I would!!
