              I purchased a 2017 ***** ****** with 51,000 miles on it. I also purchased a warranty. After I left the dealership the radio started to get staticky. The following morning I called *********** ********************* and explain what was going on. I've made many phone calls since then to get my radio fixed. I've spoke to a few service managers and they also had an aftermarket company call me I believe the name is ******. This problem has been getting worse I cannot use the radio at all at this time I had to unplug the fuse. This is 3 weeks now they are not doing anything but a phone call here and a phone call there but not really addressing the situation. The static from the radio gets so loud when the radio is off you can't even think.

              This company sold us a bad car, drove off lot and a day later the breaks went bad, they fixed it then got car back, the transmission went bad got car back after almost 3 months ...they offered a complimentary one year extended Warrenty which they didn't honor because they are not returning calls nor emails because after 11 months, including the 3 months that we didn't have the car. Now were out of a car, well we have a car with a bad engine....they won't call back so now we have to seek legal counsel. Not to mention that I had to call around and find my car because they sent it somewhere and was giving me the runarounds when I kept call7ng to look for my car
