              I had oral surgery and the oral surgeon charged me out of pocket over $300. The insurance company told me they would reimburse it and send a check and I would recieve it in 7-10 business days. This was in the end of July beginning of august . I Called the person taking care of my case over 5 times and no response and still no check .

              ********************************** / Geisinger Medical Insurance won't pay bill because family provider didn't submit the referral for service. Instead the referal was submitted by another geisinger physican for service and the ***** won't pay the clam because it didn't come form my family provider. This is outrageous as long as I have been going to geisinger this has been an issue more than once and it needs to be addressed and corrected. Because they are stealing money from the people that should have these procedures covered by their insurance companies and they are trying not to pay these claim so a person has to pay for them out of pocket. This is outrageous!
