    Absolute horrible experience. The reason I went with this company is because they installed my Compressor when I purchased my house, so it was supposedly under warranty. At least that is what I thought. Until I had them come out and service my unit because I had no cold air coming out in the house. So I contacted K.D. Landis, I was advised by C**** Landis that the charge was going to be an $89 flat rate fee per hour. The first time the tech came out on July 8th he was at my house a total of approx an hour...give or take 1 hour and a 1/2. On July 11th he came out, I received no notification that he was coming out that day and was notified when they were already at the house. But okay, no problem I was home. This time the tech came with another guy. (To my surprise which I find out after I get my bill; this 2nd person is a guy in training and turns out I'm being billed for him as well!!!???) So on this particular day the tech and his trainee were at my house approx 4 hours! So Im charged 333.75 for the tech...okay with that. But then Im being charged 187.50 for the trainee? Was never given an option on this...nor explained to that I would be charged for the trainee. They came again on July 13th and Im billed $111.25 for the tech but once again billed $62.50 for the trainee. So to get to the point. When I get a bill for 1237.39....Im floored. I call K.D. Landis and once again speak to C**** and Im being advised that they are charging me from the time the tech leaves their building to the time they get to my house, charged for labor for the service as well and being charged more money because of the trainee. I tell her this is not fair and all I get in response is that she is not going to keep going back and forth with me; and that all companies bill this way from time they leave their building to time they get to the customer etc. So in essence, it just seems to me like they are trying to recoup the warranteed compressor!!! I need a refund of the excess charges.
