            The Better Business Bureau of Western PA is urging consumers to use caution when considering doing business with One Stop Bourbons. On August 17, 2023 the BBB of Western Pennsylvania investigated One Stop Bourbons for its business practices. An investigation was prompted due to consumer complaints and inquiries alleging (a) the business was failing to deliver merchandise after consumers placed an order online and (b) unresponsive to consumer requests for refunds. 

            Upon further investigation the BBB found that the  address supplied by the business is for a different company, and the phone number is not operational.  

            Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records and for more information, please visit https://www.bbb.org/article/tips/14040-bbb-tip-smart-shopping-online. If you suspect fraud, go to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center  and the Federal Trade Commission to file a complaint.   Consumers should also contact their credit card company to dispute any fraudulent charges.

            On October 22nd, 2023, One Stop Bourbons charged my card $130 as has never delivered a product. I have made several attempts to contact this store (via email and phone calls). I have never received any info back. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

            Like everyone else I was scammed. Placed my order, took my money and now their website is gone, emails are returned and phone is busy. So they took money and ran. Trying to work with my bank to get my money back but this site should have been shut down a long time ago. Shame on me for not doing research but who has time for that? Disappointed and angry that there are people out there doing this.
