      I ordered some product online from Kitch'n, which apparently is a business of *******'s ******. I ordered it on April 4, 2023. They took payment from me, told me my order number is #******, then sent me an email saying the status had changed to "Awaiting Fulfillment." I have tried contacting them numerous times, using their contact form, because they have no phone number to call, but I never received a response. When I log in to my account, it says I have no orders on file. I paid $65.84 for the order, and I want my money back.

      Order ******. Our order for 12 jars of mustard arrived on March 8, 2023 The box smelled like mustard when delivered. We opened the box and salvaged 9 jars I am getting nowhere trying to get a refund for the three damaged jars that were at the bottom of the box. This box was improperly packed and never had a chance to be delivered in one piece. I assumed the package would be double boxed, as it contained glass jars. Instead the jars were packed on top of each other with a single wrap of bubbles around the jar. There was no padding on the bottom of the box. I have been met with silence in my attempt to resolve this matter. The photos speak for themselves. At this point, I just want a refund on the three broken jars.

      Product was advertised as 3 ounce packs confirmed on my order and the company sent only 1 ounce packages. I’ve emailed and text them but they refuse to respond after several weeks of trying. They provide a phone number which they do not answer and I left over 10 voice messages. None were responded to. I notified my discover charge card to which I used to purchase this product. I order 24 bags. So I lost out on 48 ounces of the granola product. Product is **** cherry pistachio granola bites.

      I ordered 6 bottles of soda from the Kitch'n website on 12/14/2022. (My order number is ******). I had to text every week and ask the status because I never received any confirmation or status updates. I finally received my order on Jan 17th......only there were 5 bottles of soda instead of 6. I texted Jan 18th to inform them my order was not complete and ask to send me my sixth bottle ( which I had already paid shipping). They responded that they would inform the warehouse. I texted again on Jan 25th that I still had not received my 6th bottle of birch beer. Never received any response.

      I ordered from Kitchn.com (Michaels Closet) on November 6th in the amount of $58.43. I contacted them numerous times and tried 2 different phone numbers. Both disconnected. What can I do to get my money back? I've since read some reviews (a little late on my part) this company is a scam. Many people have lost money to them. Thank you ******

      I ordered 3 flavor extracts at the end of may 2022 and did not receive it till 6/23/2022 and they only shipped it after I emailed them complaining about it so when I go to the post office to pick it up because kitchn shipped it through **** in a usps priority mailbox I had to pay for it when it was shipped to the post office after I was charged for shipping already through the company now they're telling me that I need to take it up with the post office they charge me almost 9 dollars to ship it then I had to pay the post office nine dollars to get it from the post office this company is a scam do not order from this company

      I bought $30 worth of candy and I never received it was scammed out of my money and I need to be refunded or I'm going to court
