On 10/16/2021, I ordered a case of ** oatmeal cups for $35.97. I still have not received my order. I have called and it goes straight to voice-mail. I have emailed three times and still no response. I would just like my money to be refunded now. My order number is ******.Initial Complaint

I placed an order (order #******) on 12/20/2021 and according to their website they ship within a few days. I emailed them earlier this month (1/2022) requesting an update because my order hasnt arrived & I havent received a shipping notification. They responded on 1/4/2022 stating that the warehouse has informed them that it would ship that week. I emailed again on 1/14/2022 to inform them that I still have received no shipping update and the order has not arrived. At this point, I would like a refund for my order. It has been a few days shy of one month and they have taken my payment but have not delivered my product.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on December 7 with Kitch'n Pantry, but the credit card authorization was to ********* ******. They did not acknowledge my order, but I used ******, so the details of the transaction are lodged there, fortunately. It is now 2 weeks later on December 21, and the order still shows as "processing." So not only has it not been received, it doesn't even show it as shipped. I went to the website and submitted an email request for an update, and there is still no reply. All phone calls go to Voicemail. No return calls. I used the customer service email address shown on the ****** transaction, and that got an auto responder which says: Thank you for visiting Kitch'n. We have received your email. Due to the unusually high volume of emails, our current response time is 3 days. Order Processing Time* As a result of a surge in orders, as well as our commitment to enhanced safety measures in our warehouse, it may take a little longer than usual to process, pack, ship, and receive your orders.That auto-reply is meaningless because it's already been over 1 week -- not 3 days -- since my LAST email. There is no time given for the order, or if and when it will be shipped. What is a "little longer than usual" when it's already been 2 weeks with no change?I do not trust this company, and it has many similar complaints so this is not a recent or seasonal issue, this is an ongoing issue.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a food product on this website on November 26th, 2021. I have not received the products ordered and I have received no shipping information, and after attempt to contact customer service, I receive vague, seemingly a "stock" automated response, and NO real information. I do not like to be scammed but feel quite sure that is the intent of this site.~Initial Complaint

On November 8, 2021 I purchased a "********* ******* 12" x 8" x 2" Salt Plate with Stainless Steel Holder" for $72.87. I was charged on my credit card. The item has not shipped and it is a gift. I reach out to ask about the status. They have not responded to any of my emails and their business phone number goes straight to voicemail during normal business hours. I believe this is a scam after reading some similar experiences online. I'd like to be fully refunded. The order number is: #******.
