Contract initiated: April 18, 2021.Malatestinic Remodeling has arrived on job site fewer than 8 times in eight months; often staying only a few hours.Complaint:Defective work that requires remediation.- Front patio to be removed and replaced with sealant applied to well room cracks prior to relaying ront patio with quality material and sealant to seal to house exterior wall and quality front patio section.- Front patio columns - for some reason a worker started to scratch of the paint. Needs to be repainted.- Foundation needs to be properly repaired after Malatestinic team used a jack hammer to core out expand the sump pump hole. Crack occurred within 1 week of jack hammering. Malatestic representative was notified during the very next visit; and Malatestic when next seen.- Basement interior water sealant is cracking and peeling up.Incomplete work that requires prompt completion. - Front door needs to be fully insolated and trim affixed.- Storm door must be properly sealed - Sump pump hole needs irrigation holes drilled.- Water barrier on basement steps needs trimming.

Paid $2500 check #*** on 5/18/21 for French doors and screens for rear of house to be completed by July (with additional $1500 to be provided upon satisfactory completion of work.). Work never occurred. No installation engaged. Contract cancelled in November (3 months after time limit expired). Refund not received now more than 30 days after notice.
