            I had a similar experience to the other reviewer. I would really reconsider using another company to build your modular. They take a long time to respond, have no communication and completely waste your time. We told them our absolute highest for our budget and they came in with an estimate with $151K over. Not only did they have an estimate $151K over, that was it, no other options within our budget, showed us another house $100K over our budget. They wasted nearly 7 weeks of our time and at no time during the back and forth emails did they say they weren’t close to our budget. Instead, they had us come from 4 hours away to sit down and discuss a house that was no where near our price range.

            This client was not open to the many suggestions offered to reduce the cost of the home which they had selected. We wish them well in securing a builder and building their new home.

            I was open to other suggestions had there been any in our price range. There was nothing else prepared in the 7 weeks it took them to prepare this estimate. We had one estimate in front of us that was $151K over our maximum price; no options prepared or suggestions to get us into our budget. Also during this sitdown, her suggestion was to look at a similar home; that house was home was also significantly over our budget. I was even emailed asking to remove my review. I highly recommend consumer's shop around before settling; we are building a custom modular well within our price range with a new builder!
