I purchased a vehicle approximately 2 months ago and have been having a problem with something leaking from my car. I believe that it could be the windshield wiper or the antifreeze. I had a one month warranty for the car and I informed them of the problem within that time frame. I had the car in their garage 6 times since reporting the problem and it still has not been corrected. I would like them to have the car fixed at no cost to me, even if this has to be done through a different garage that they cover the cost.

On September 25th, 2023 **** **** purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze Limited LTZ with VIN *****************. The vehicle was sold with a 30 Day or 1000 mile powertrain warranty.

On September 29th, 2023 Mr. **** informed us of a concern involving an antifreeze leak. We were able to diagnose a faulty water pump assembly. We ordered the necessary parts to complete the repair. On October 13th, 2023 we completed the repairs to Mr. **** vehicle with $0 charge to the customer.

On November 6th, 2023 Mr. **** raised a concern about the coolant system again. We scheduled an appoint for November 21st, 2023 to address this concern.

On November 21st 2023 Mr. **** returned to the dealership for his scheduled appointment. Our service department pressure tested the system and found a faulty clamp. The clamp was replaced. A second pressure test revealed no other issues with the coolant system. We provided the diagnostic and repair at $0 charge to the customer.

We are not aware of any other issues. Anything further concerning this issue, please do not hesitate to reach out.

      Sincerely,

I stated when I took my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD pickup in for scheduled service that my brakes were not working properly, I was told they checked them out and they were fine…. I drove my vehicle home and my brakes were almost on fire from the calipers sticking so out of my pocket I paid for the replacement of brand new calipers…. My check engine light came on today so I drove straight to the mechanic shop and had it put on the computer only to find out that the dealership had reset the check engine light without making any repairs as needed now it’s going to cost me over $1000.00 to have my truck fixed and that’s just in parts not counting the labor charges…… I would expect something being done to the dealership so no one else is had like I was from them and only to give a 30 day warranty on a $50,000 vehicle is ridiculous in my opinion…….

On May 27th, 2023 ******* ********* purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 LTZ with VIN *****************. The vehicle was sold with a 30 Day or 1000 mile powertrain warranty.

This vehicle sold with a current Pennsylvania State Inspection that was competed on April 21st, 2023. As part of the inspection, we replaced the front brake pads and rotors. No engine codes or check engine lights were present or stored at this time.

On June 1st, 2023 our service department inspected the brake system regarding the concern from Mr. *********. Our mechanic determined that the system was working properly.

My dad **** ***** had his transmission replaced in his 2009 Cadillac CTS in Dec 2020. He got a GMC warranty for 3 years unlimited miles. Recently it stopped moving while driving and would not stay in one place when put in park. My mechanic thought it was the transfer case. I had it shipped to a transmission shop. ********* ************ ******* in Williamsburg, PA 1 ***** ********. Once they took transfer case out they found that the splines on the output shaft of the transmission were stripped with the splines on the transfer shaft. At that point since it was a transmission issue and it was under warranty they shipped it to ******* ********* in claysburg, Pa. ******* said since under the warranty Team didn’t replace the transfer shaft as required by GMC that the warranty was void and it was Team’s responsibility to fix it. Team says they aren’t responsible because of now many miles are on the vehicle. How many miles were put on the car since the transmission was put in. That the car is 14 years old.. That we didn’t have the transmission fluid changed every 15,000 miles. That it was 2.5 years since the service. They also claim that the GMC service documents have changed and that it wasn’t required to be changed when the transmission was replaced. And also because it was in 2 different shops and they can’t verify what the problem is . Even though I offered to have it shipped to them to inspect it and preform the repairs. That is all of the excuses they gave me as to why they won’t do the service. ******* says the the transmission service is due every 50,000 miles not 15,000 as Tram is claiming. You may also contact *** ******* owner of * ******* Chevrolet at ***** ********. He said he is happy to help. I have the warranty paperwork that shows that the transfer shaft was not put in. Also I have service documents that show that it is required to be replaced with the transmission. My dad is hard of hearing and I’m contacting everyone for him.

Thank you for sharing Mr. *****’s feedback with us.

On December 28th, 2020, Team Chevrolet Buick GMC installed a GM Remanufactured Transmission into Mr. *****’s 2009 Cadillac CTS. The transmission was given a 3 year or unlimited mileage warranty by General Motors. We installed the transmission following GM technical guidelines and completed the necessary repairs. Mr. ***** took possession of the vehicle on January 12, 2021. The vehicle was in proper operating condition when Mr. ***** took possession.

Recently, Mr. *****’s son, *** *****, contacted us concerning an issue with the vehicle not running correctly, stating that the vehicle had recently been to two other separate repair facilities. The Vehicle has now been brought to our shop and is being diagnosed.

      Sincerely,

I ordered a new truck in April it just now came in. When I went to purchase the vehicle nobody told me that it was at a body shop before I purchased it. I only found out after running into people that work at The Body Shop. It now has body putty in the bedside has been repainted. When I notified the dealer they lied and said that it wasn't sent to a body shop. After a lengthy discussion with them they finally decided to offer me $500 from their service department. I don't feel that this is appropriate on a $63,000 vehicle

On 01/31/2023 Mr. Russell purchased a new 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500.   During the transportation of this vehicle from the manufacturer to the dealership, it experienced minor carrier damage which was repaired.   The vehicle was clean and free of damage at time of delivery.   Because the vehicle was delayed in the manufacturing process, General Motors provided $2,500 in free accessories to Mr. Russell.

When Mr. Russell came back to the dealership to express his concern, in an effort of customer goodwill, we offered to trade the vehicle back in at purchase price, offered a credit of $500 in our Service Department, or unwind the deal entirely.

We consider Mr. Russell a valued customer, anything further please do not hesitate to contact us.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      *** ****** ** ** ******** **** ****** ** * ****** ** ***** **** ** **** **** **** ** *** ********

I would accept $500 cash. Not a voucher for service. At this point I am frustrated with the continued lieing from Team Chevy and don't trust them to do service on my truck. I would also like onsite into where this $2500 voucher they keep talking about is. I have not recieved it.

      Regards,
