I wouldnt waste your time or money on this place! My 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 has been there 3 times for warranty work on the AC the first time I was told it had a small leak and that they could not find it but the recharged the ac a year later once again the AC is not working so they charged it again and sent me back home with the 3rd time there I told them my warranty was almost up and that I wanted it fixed properly so they changed some parts and charged it again each time telling me they did something different then what the invoice said here I am out of warranty and once again no AC I just dont understand how they can get away with this kind of service its unacceptable! About a week ago I let a review on giggle the manager responded with I want to make it right and work for a solution so I called In specifically asking for him several calls later I finally got ahold of him all so he could tell me to bring it in and fix it but I would be responsible for the bill! This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable Service please do not deal with them or take your business to them I have the deepest sympathy for anyone else that may have had bad dealings with them and the last time I was there i personally witnessed 2 other costumers with unsatisfactory in the work they do there!

Also, you had indicated that you had purchased an extended warranty with your Silverado. Since we were not the selling dealer, and it is an aftermarket warranty, we would need the information for said warranty.
