Do not take your power equipment to this place they are rip offs. Last year I brought my snowblower for routine maintenance. I got it back. The blade wasn’t even propelling I had to hammer it back in because it was dislodged. Shame on me for taking my John Deere tractor there after that. I took my tractor in a month ago. It needed a belt. Nothing more, literally ran fine. It’s practically brand new. They told me it was leaking oil. Which is funny because in my garage there is zero oil anywhere. I would’ve never parked it in my garage if it was leaking oil all over it. I get it back home. It’s smoking everywhere and literally did one strip of grass. I take it back to them and they tell me it might be the engine. They knocked $50 off which I appreciated, I get home it does the exact same thing smoking everywhere, oil leaking everywhere and this time they won’t do a thing about it and I’m out $250 right before Christmas and my tractor doesn’t run. I told them if someone put new brakes on your car and you got it back with new brakes but it now doesn’t run and smokes everywhere, would you be happy? I will never do service with them again I’m turning them into the Better Business Bureau.
