Dishonest Neil the owner not trust worthy Had to bring my 2021 corvette to get my roof vinyl top done for the second time had my car there for 3 week when i picked it up I waited in the lobby for 2 hours due to the top being wrap. I was told they were washing and prepping it when I walk outside to the garage door I see him standing on my passenger seat wrapping the back part of roof cause the top comes off which tore the stitching in my seat. when I approached he continuously kept be dishonest. Various issues with his work he rushes jobs I had 2 cars done by him and he not very good.

While I understand your frustrations on the the extended stay during your pickup I would like to note that we have always stood behind our work on your cars and provided you exactly the service requested. In the past we have provided you a quick turnaround with even some free services if I recall that you were quite happy with at the time. You noted a few issues with the vinyl work done and we agreed to remedy it at no cost or issue to you as again we stand behind our work. Vinyl is an aftermarket product that will always require some need of attention and while you may refer to them as “mistakes” they were simply small issues due to lack of adhering to the vehicle due to previous ceramic coating. The vehicle needed extensive work to level the coating in those areas to allow the vinyl to properly adhere and create the design you wished for. Again, vinyl is merely a sticker and your expectations of it shouldn’t be more than that. Of course we apologized for the delay that day and never wish to have a customer waiting for their vehicle, we simply wanted the car to be perfect and exactly as requested. Every business has projects that take a bit longer than expected and ours is no different. Custom work always entails more than most can see. Our staff did their best to provide a top notch service and experience even while you had some choice words for them and I can say the car left looking great. If you had any further issues with it we weren’t notified prior to this review or given the opportunity to discuss with you. While I’m sure this reply won’t change your opinion of myself or my shop, we are always only a phone call or text away to discuss any issues your experiencing.
