We were initially scheduled for an allopathic and Acupuncture appointment at the same time only to be told we never should have been scheduled that way so they refused to do all the services they promised to do right out the gate (NOW we understand they need to be separated but why did you schedule us that way and then blame US?!). That horrible doctor scolded us that they couldn't reach us by phone and told me I need to get a new phone when it's their own messed up communication systems that fail?! Then we try another doctor and our dog with serious health problems got overvaccinated because they failed to READ THE RECORDS THEY REQUESTED from our retiring vet. They waited until the appointment and clearly missed that she is NOT supposed to have multiple vaccinations in the same visit and her specialist had to remind them of that! Our specialist also questioned why they want to give a 7yo a distemper shot, when given as a puppy at the right time it's never needed again. We went in there with one dog limping and now the overvaccinated dog has a limp too and they are lucky we are good people who don't sue for malpractice! Also, they tried to push a flu vaccine for goodness sake and some other new-to-market vaccine that is totally unnecessary in our area, a 2-PART lyme vaccine so they can charge twice the money because they nickel and dime you over everything including OSHA disposal fees THAT ARE A NORMAL EXPENSE OF DOING THE BUSINESS THEY ARE IN. ICK!! We lost about $1500 to those crooks who bully and harass you with multiple voice-mail messages and emails because one of their 15 receptionists doesn't communicate with the rest nor do any of them read any of the notes in their own system :( Their fees are the highest around because there are too many ignorant employees! This was the most traumatic experience of my pet-childrens' lives and a close second of ours...save yourself a lot of money and grief and go ANYWHERE ELSE.
