On March 30th I had a small fire in my house due to the microwave. The fire department was called and a representative from worldwide named ******* ****** ********** and ****** ******** from ******* public adjusters showed up. After firemen did what they had to they came in to explain our options and how they could help us because the house was filled with smoke. ****** explain how he would help us with the insurance and Anthony told us about the equipment that would be use to get the air out. We went over paperwork and everything seemed good. ****** from ******* did compete what they said from there end but did not take time to look at invoices sent to them by worldwide because they represented us to our insurance ********. My insurance and adjuster came out to take pictures of the property to make the claim so a payout make happen to get everything back to how it should have been. Once that happened worldwide did send over two ladies named ****** and ***** to clean the house in which they did but not into the depth that was said it would be. We did sign a paper stating the cleaning was done. The problem comes in when they send over two different invoices to ******* to get a payout in which neither invoices were my house. One was 2,157.06 sf floor and the other was 1560.50 sf floor but my house is only 1080 sf floor. Apart from getting the wrong they add all these things that are not in my house that was cleaned. For example the invoices said that the house has three bedrooms but my house only has two. They add and charged for things that my house does not have. I tired to reach out a few times to settle this but it’s only been run arounds saying the boss will call but never does call. I spoke to a lady called ********* *** from worldwide which made the invoices and she was no help at all. We can’t go to the office because they are never there and no one answers phones calls now. I need help with this because I was charged 8699.19 for something that isn’t correct.
