I purchased or tried to purchase the ********** 3 in the Black Cement colorway that released on 11/23/2024. They still had pairs available in my size, and I was able to add them to cart and check out. As soon as submitted my order, I was notified that my order couldn't be processed, and to try again. I accepted that the shoe may have sold out, so I just left it at that. Shortly after, I checked my bank statement and noticed that I had been charged $246.05 which was the total before I submitted the order. Confused, I logged on to my account on ********************** and sent a customer service request regarding this charge and whether I had an order number since I never got one to begin with. They said that they were having difficulties locating my order for me, and to provide more details including order number which I never got. I provided everything I could, including time of order, full name, payment method, ect. They have yet to get back to me.During this time, I monitored the situation including keeping an eye on the stock of the shoes I tried to purchase. I noticed that they had gone out of stock, but eventually restocked again the next day in some sizes including my own. After a few hours, my size sold out again. Even though they had more stock, they did not send me an order number and the charge was still on my bank statement.The fact that they charged me without providing any kind of order number is fraudulent. They don't even have the decency to respond to my customer service request. Until the charge finalizes, I cannot dispute it with my bank and thanks to this, missed out on my most anticipated release of the year. Thanks a lot SnipesUSA for ruining my holidays...
