      I have been a long standing customer of Yadain and have endured the long deliveries, wrong items delivered, and other countless missteps because I love their products. Most recently I placed an order because the season is heating up and they don't ship during summer months because the products don't hold up to heat which is completely understandable. I purchased an order #***** May 29, 2023, participating in the promotion of 75% off. On this promotion, Yadain promises to ship 3-7 business days guaranteed! or the order is free! When an email campaign is sent, we ask for 3-10 business days during a massive sale and high order volume. Terms and conditions may apply. Today 6/13 makes 13 business days and my order still has not shipped. I called to make good on their promise and was denied. There are no terms and conditions on their site, I expressed this to the manager to no avail.

      I placed an order with Yadain Cultural Solutions on July 24, 2022 in the amount of $112.39 (Order #*****). I never received my order and followed up with the company in late November to inquire about my order status. The representative acknowledged having my order at the facility and informed me that my order would be sent out for shipping immediately. I followed up with the company again in March and they stated I owed them for shipping, although I had already paid for shipping and my products (as shown on my receipt and email confirmation). Prior to me reaching out to them, I had not received any email or correspondence from them regarding my purchase. It is highly unethical for this company to attempt to hold my order and request additional money beyond what was requested at the time of purchase. I would like to receive the items I've paid for from the company.

      August 24th 2022 I made an online purchase with YADAIN cultural solutions for $206.21 during their 70% off sale. To date I haven’t received anything. I went into their location on ****** ****** in Brooklyn multiple times to try and gain some assistance on my order and I was advised to sue. I called the number listed on the website and left messages, no response. I typed in the chat online as well and no help there either. I complained previously through the BBB and immediately was sent an email from customer service from YADAIN telling me my order would be in the mail by November 9th. I reached back out to customer service to see what’s the hold up now and once again no response. It’s well over 3 months I’ve been waiting for my order. I’ve been patient enough and it’s not for me to pay because they had a sale and were backed up! Not my issue! At this point I’ve paid my credit card bill already, I’ve had to purchase bathing soap and lotions numerous times since I’ve placed this order. A refund isn’t enough!! This place lacks customer service and no matter how good a product it’s how you make your customers feel. I will never shop here again and I want my email removed from their contact list.

      I purchased an order online on September 14, 2022 for a host of body wash, skin care products, and beard butter. To date I have not received any products. I have called to speak to a customer service agent over 7 times. On 10/20/22 after speaking with a rep they gave me a *** tracking number ****************** and guaranteed next day shipping this has not happened. I called again on 10/28/22 and was again guaranteed my order would be shipped on 10/29/22. I did not receive my order. I called on 10/31/22 and requested a refund I have yet to hear a status update. I have been more than reasonable this business does not seem to want to provide me products or give me a refund.

      Online order Date and confirmation - September 14th 2022. Amount -97.65 Ordered 17 items during their 75% sale. I've called and emailed this company and as of today, October 31st 2022, no response. Please send items or return my money. It's that simple.

      Yadain was offering a huge 75% off sale in July (7/24). As a repeat customer, I decided to stock up on my favorites. About 4 weeks later (8/26), I received a partial shipment. Two items missing. Immediately, I emailed customer service with a copy of my receipt asking when I'd get my items and/or a refund. No response. Emailed them 4 times since then with no response. I called the customer service line and was placed on hold for 37 mins. So I turned to social media and found many others have had the same issue with them. Reached out to Yadain via ********* direct message and was told that someone would call me the next day. That was on 9/30. No response. It seems like they have used this "sale" to scam hundreds of people out of money with no intention of supplying any products based on all the postings on social media.

      I ordered 7 skin and hair care products with them on August 31, 2022. I received a confirmation email the same day and then not contact moving forward. I sent emails inquiring about my order on Oct 13, 2022 and October 21, 2022 and received no response. I sent a message via ** on October 24, 2022 and got an automated response to call their customer service line. The phone kept ringing and no one picked up. This isn't the first time I've had an issue like this with this company, but I tried to give them some grace because I truly do like their products a lot, but no more. They have dozens of customers commenting on their ******** page that they also haven't received their orders and cannot get a response via any of the avenues to contact them. They haven't publically replied to any of the comments either, but are still consistently advertising sales but aren't fulfilling orders.

      I place my order with Yadain online service on September 25, 2022 at the suggestion of the sales clerk at the Fulton St store in Brooklyn, NY.. She told me that some of the products I wanted were not in store and to use the online store. I still have not received my order in almost one month from the purchase. The company has taken the money from my account. A total of $55.96 with the promotional discount. I was sent the receipt with a message saying that I would be notified about shipping. It has not come. I sent a message to their support email a week ago and it was never answered. I just went to the store again which is in my neighborhood and spoke to the same sales clerk who now has informed me that the online store and the physical store branch are no longer the same entity and that there is nothing she can do to help me. She took my information and said she would pass it along to someone. It did not feel reassuring. I am afraid the online store is a scam. I want my order or my money back.

      Greetings, I hope this message finds you well. On August 30th, I placed an order with Yadain Cultural Solutions for five items(Signature Whipped Butter: Milk & Honey, 2 Liquid Black Soaps, and 2 Detox & Purge: Facial Atonement & Clear Skin Elixirs) afterward I received a message saying that my order was received and the money was taken out of my account. A few weeks pass and I receive zero communication regarding my order so I decide to contact customer support for a status update. On October 3rd, I emailed support@yadainco.com, and once again, radio silence. On October 10th, I decided to reach out again regarding an update, and finally, I received a reply. I was first told that due to the nearly 2-month wait my order would be expedited within the next 24 to 72 hours but then that email was followed up with one of the items I ordered in production. With this, I understand that this is an issue of the suppliers rather than the company itself, but I don’t appreciate the lack of communication. Mainly due to the company taking my payment but having yet to provide the product or its status. I communicated this to the customer support agent and they responded “We have no power over this dilema. We can issue a full refund for the item or you can continue to wait…please advise.”.I replied and haven’t heard from support since. At this point, I do not want a refund instead I want my products in addition to the much-needed communication regarding their status. On October 12th, I reached out to upper management regarding the dilemma and support and have not heard from them either. At this point, I feel that I’ve exhausted all options and have yet to solve the issue.

      I made an online purchase with the company for $82.89 on September 14, 2022. I received an email stating that they received my order, and that it should take 3-7 business days to be shipped. I waited two weeks, and attempted to contact the company because I never received an email stating that the order was being processed, nor did I receive any shipping confirmation. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer, I opted to leave a message. I also sent an email regarding the order, but never received any responses. I have made numerous attempts to contact someone at the company to have them fulfill my order or refund my payment, but I cannot reach a live person. I went so far as to try and contact them through a message on their ******** page, but have not received a response. I've done what I can to get the issue resolved, but the company has not responded. I don't believe I am the only one, and this is poor business practice.
