      I placed an order on their website 9/4/22. It’s now 10/8/22. They took my money but have not provided any tracking number to my order. I have called, sat on hold for hours, left voice messages, emailed, direct messaged them on their Instagram page and received no response. Can you you please help?

      Placed an order for 3 body butters and 1 sugar scrub on 6/17/22. Money was taken from my account on 6/18. Company advertised that it would be shipped out within 3-7 business days. 1st email sent on 7/8 in regards to order. Get a call from Essence who said some products were out of stock and they were waiting for it to come in and they were having trouble with *** picking up packages. Told me they should be picked up by 7/14 and was going to add extra items for the inconvenience. 7/26, second email sent,then email received with *** tracking number ****************** from sender *************************. Order was out for delivery, then all of a sudden it was damaged and sender notified. Emails have been sent constantly sent, no answers. There is no delivery date scheduled woth that tracking number. I believe it is a fake tracking number. I have even supplied screenshots in each email to show what I have been receiving. I want my money back!!! This has been going on too long with no communication on Yadain's part

      Placed an order September 17th, the website states orders can take 3-5 days to process and that any delays will be communicated through email or telephone. I have not heard a single thing from this company. I have sent multiple emails and tried chatting through their site. I would appreciate a simple email stating they are backed up. Due to their unprofessionalism, they have lost multiple customers as these were going to be gifts for a corporate volunteer group. Quite honestly, I feel scammed and will be sure to let the world know. I would like the company to acknowledge their inaction and proceeding that milestone, we'll see what conclusion we arrive to.

      I placed an online order for some bath and beauty products on August 1 during a sale. Was charged $16 for 3-5 day shipping plus the amount for the merchandise. Not only has it never arrived but they will not respond to any calls or emails or attempts to reach them on social media (multiple times). And this is happening to multiple multiple people. For them to charge our credit cards and not sent us our product is theft and fraud.

      I ordered several products on August 12, 2022. It is now September 29 and I have not received my products and they deducted the monies from my bank account on August 13. I spoke to someone three weeks ago and I was informed that one of the items in my order was out of stock and should have it within one week. They are impossible to reach by text or telephone. This is entirely unacceptable. I try and do business with my people but its not working out. I'd like a refund asap and I won't ever order online with them again.

      *8/19/22 purchased items online in the amount of $109.67 ($16.00 shipping for a total of $125.67 for 1 collection and 1 product). *9/13/22 emailed support@yadainco.com to inquire on status of shipping order. Website does state they are having delays in shipping. *No reply from email so called around 9/16/22. Spoke with representative who said I should receive a shipping notification within 24 hours. Waited all week and didn't receive a shipping notification. *Left voicemail on 9/27. No response.*Called on 9/28. Waited on hold for over an hour, no one picked up. To Resolve I would like the business to ship my products expeditiously at no charge to me and provide a discount for poor service, lack of reply and inconvenience. Unable to reach anyone to resolve. Unable to obtain my order.

      My name is *************************** and On Aug 9th 2022 I spent $55.57 on Yadain products that never came. The order number provided is #*****. I have sent and email to the support email provided and called several times with no answer or response. I just want the products I ordered or the money back. No point in having a customer complaint line or customer service line if no one answers.

      I placed an order and have not received it. Their website says orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. They have not sent anything. I emailed three times for a tracking number and keep getting a response of they will call. They don't need to call, they just need to ship my order or some info. about it. All my info. is on my invoice. I feel like I'm being ignored. It's been a month.

      Placed an order on 7/21/2022 during the companies sale. I have been a long time customer for a few years now. Did not receive any further communication via email so I called back on 8/5/2022 spoke to a rep and she confirmed order had not been sent out but that they would expedite it. Waited 5 more days and called waited on hold for an hour as someone answered the phone and asked me to hold and left me on hold only to have her come back and stated that the order is shipped and delivered? I confirmed that I still dont have an order and just called 5 days ago and confirmed no order was sent?? I guess that is my problem now? I need my money back or my products delivered.

      July 16,2022 I placed an online order for $39.08, included four items. A debit was placed on my card July 17, Sunday, it should have been a hold not a charge until the order was shipped. I spoke to someone 7/20 and 7/21. The order had not been processed yet. I told the last person I spoke to, make sure this order is canceled. I've called, two days no answer sent an email and had no response. Today July 26, there is a charge on my credit card that I canceled
