In March 2022, the BBB of Western Pennsylvania investigated Coremasters for its business practices. An investigation was prompted due to consumer complaints and inquiries alleging (a) the business was failing to deliver merchandise after consumers placed an order online and (b) unresponsive to consumer requests for refunds.
On March 1, 2022, the BBB requested background information including names of all principals involved in the company, any applicable licensing or registration, copies of marketing materials, proposals and agreements.
As of April 10, 2022, the business has failed to respond.
