  I pulled a loan for a vehicle from this dealer for 12k it was a***** ******** i have 4 kids so i desperatelyneeded the vehicle room. Come too find out there was a rollback on the mileage and it was exempt from mileage because it couldn't be verified. I carfaxed it , the mileage went from 206k to 75k the next year. There was also a crack in the windshield he said he would fix and instead he glued it. All I wanted him to do was refund my money because of how much work I have to put into it and now I have to pay a loan for 4 years.

  I have mailed in all corresponding paperwork from our end , as soon as we got it last year. 
  

  the vehicle was sold in good running condition , with a new pa state inspection and was serviced with new oil and filter . Vehicle was sold true miles unknown and mileage exempt which was on bill of sale and signed by the customer. Vehicle was sold as is with no warranty and also signed a buyers guided and bill of sale stating so. 
  
  The customer had contacted us and asked if we wanted to buy it back, because she could not afford the gas. We were not interested in purchasing it back , and that’s when the customer changed her story saying she had issues with it. 
  
  I will pull paperwork and send over pictures of bill of sale and also the reply I sent youse via mail. Thanks

  I am rejecting this response because: he is lieing . I asked him if he wanted vehicle back just to buy it out right. So he would have his vehicle and I'd have my vehicle history cleared unfortunately for him, he still has the messages and so do I. I can afford gas just fine. He told me " he couldn't take the vehicle back because gas prices went up with inflation and he'll be stuck with it." When in the first place he said he'd take a look at it and then his story changed again to " he couldn't buy it back because of inflation ". He left the crack in my windshield he claimed he'd fix and instead he glued it. The vehicle still runs. He sold me a vehicle with exempt miles which is correct and the ****** also told him that " there was a rollback on the engine" . I'll keep the vehicle bit I believe I should get my money reimbursed because I've been replacing parts on this vehicle since it was purchased from him.
