            I purchased my car in December of 2021 to date I’ve paid a total of 9985.00 and another $600 in repairs to fix previous issues before my ownership that were deemed not under warranty. Within 6 days of taking ownership of the vehicle, I immediately needed repairs for a blown head gasket. I was also informed the rear struts were “loose” and needed to be tightened. I then ended up paying the entire replacement cost of the struts deemed again “not covered” under warranty held by Teds in February 2022. Fast forward until the end of April 2023 where we now have the car at a local mechanic who diagnosed a blown head gasket in cylinder 4 (same cylinder as previously fixed). Per Teds- we were advised to take the car to a local **** Dealership as they did not accept the written estimates provided from local mechanic. After diagnosis from **** dealer, they now provided evidence the issue was not fixed correctly first time by Teds, now resulting in cracked engine block and blown turbo. **** dealership has now had the car for 33 days at time of writing along with $75 per day storage fees. I am waiting on receiving information on how to proceed from Teds after many failed attempts of trying to resolve this issue I am being ignored and pushed to the side while still making payments on the vehicle that I have not been able to drive since the end of April or have in my possession. No payments on vehicle missed or late, warranty is still valid on my vehicle as well. Teds refuses to return my phone calls and conduct themselves in a business like manner.

            I brought a car from them and it hasn't even been two years and the car will not pass a state inspection i was told by thier own service department not to drive the car it's unsafe to drive and it's not fixable I tried to call them and all I get is a run around from *** who is nothing but a trouble maker she says things about people to start trouble. She curses at people. She's very disrespectful. And all I get out of her is I need to put down 2000. They won't call me back I put a post on thier ******** and they blocked me but they want me to keep paying on the car
