Took my car in because everytime I got a oil change I was told I was low on oil and should get a oil consumption test so I called auto land to inquiry about it so agreed they would do that and also check my car for the warranty claim for the defective white paint which I might add at first they gave me incorrect information said because the door said 2015 it didn't qualify but called hyundai and they informed me that in fact it did qualify because the first in use date is what they go by so strike 1 so I take the car for the oil change and they was supposed to take photos for the paint and start the oil consumption test...I pick my car up they said they marked my oil cap and come back after I drive for ***** miles so I do that I go back in the guy checks the oil and says it's down 2 1/2 quarts and informs my husband there is nothing in the file about them ever submitting photos for the paint so he then makes us a appointment for the April 18th to bring the car for a combustion chamber cleaning and to take the photos for the paint so we dropped the car off and picked it back up around 3:30 when we get there a worker names **** whom we never talked to before informs us that everything your guys did was for nothing and he would have to submit paperwork to hyundai! He basically told us if we want a oil consumption test we would have to pay for it I informed him NO we already had one I then had to argue to get him to give me paperwork about what was done to my car today since they didn't do what they was supposed to! He reluctantly gives me the paper that states my car is using 1 quart per 650 miles!!! He tells me that **** the service manager is in training and doesn't know what he's doing and wveruthing they put me through the last 3 visits was for NOTHING! I said okay well what's my next step like are you going to start the oil consumption test over? He told me NO!! Lol I'm so lost for words I want someone to please explain to me WHAT IS GOING ON???
