            We contracted this company to install two new air and heating units in our home. We had an issue immediately when operating the system. We were told by the company that the issue was we were sold a system that was too large and that if the problem was not corrected it would shorten the life of the entire system. The company refused to return our phone calls to seek resolution to fixing this issue. We called on many different occasions and have documented. We have left messages and called from various phone numbers. They will not answer or return our calls. Our system is now failing and was installed brand new in August 2020. We need more air vents installed to work with this system (as told to us by an owner of the company) or we need the correct smaller unit installed. I have video evidence of the failing system from the start date.
