Date of first incident was 6-21-2022 Contracted water delivery of ***** gallons to fill our pool. Upon Arrival assaulted my wife, their man said "I'm going to kill your wife." His apparent gripe was that she told him factually that for 8 previous years another water delivery company (who was booked) pulled a full sized rig up to deliver water for our pool- as well as several trailer trucks- 16 wheel, made deliveries with no issue- he didn't feel he could, and felt his lack of ability was reason o assault her. As matter of fact our neighbors borrow our driveway for their water and freight deliveries because it is paved and very nice. While pumping water he griped " I've been using the hose all day and before I came here, it sprung some leaks!! we were displeased to learn this- they came with broken equipment, and expensive pool water we contracted was, as he put it cavalierly "it's just watering your grass" we needed every bit of it to open our pool and were being charged a lot for this water. When I noticed it seemed he turned it off early- and asked why he said it was just empty- we called bs- the pool had risen only a couple inches- less than 3k gal. Far less the ***** promised. walking around to the front I saw at the truck huge streams of water gushing out the pipe at numerous points- worse yet, it was completely severed at the truck, previously duct taped back on! More water was shooting out around the severed connection than was coming out the pool end. He then admitted he didn't deliver the water contracted, and promised to come back the next day to complete the job "don't worry, I'm not going to burn you"- he demanded a check then, promising he would do the job tomorrow- considering he promised to finish in 24hrs, we gave him half then- Today they refused to finish the job or return our check and requested more money!! even though we have had (0) [***** Gallon Deliveries]We cannot open our pool now, and have to find another way to fill, last minute.
