I purchaced my 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer from this dealership on 7/12/23. At the time of my arrival the car was clean, I paid for the Armorall smartshield. I noted that the car had 2 sizable dents on the doors and 2 scratced rims. I was about to call of the sale but the sales person said they would take care of it. I met with the finance person who stated they would go half on the scratch and dent warrenty and that I can also purchace a tire and wheel package that would cover the repairs. I was instructed to wait 30 days for use of the warrenties and they would take care of them. By late August I began to call to schedule and appointment . I recieved an appointment in September. There were several other electronic issues with the car as well as the cooling drivers seat not working. When I was called to pick up the car I was told it was all set. When I arrived nothing was done except the cooling seat. I was told they had to take pictures of the dents and rims as well as order the screens. I was told I would get a call when the screens come in. I had to keep calling them after about ************************************* as the screens were ready and they were replaced. I was told the dents and rims would be taken care of as well. At the time of pick up they were not. They said they could not as they did not hear back from the warrenty. I went over to sales and complained to the manager who stated I would get a call the following week with resolution. I did not. I left several VM with no call back. When I did get a call back I was told the paperwork for the warrenty was not submitted properly so to check back in 30 days and it would be active. I then wrote for help and left several VM between sales and service. This has still not been taken care of. For months I have been waiting to schedule a service appointment for the main screen, the drivers heated seat not working and the scratch and dent from purchace. Left 2 VM last week. Still no call back, no resolution.Customer response

I seen an advertise 2021 Jeep grand cherokee listed for $24,577.00. I called to see if the vehicle was still available and ***** told me he'll check and call me back. ***** minutes later he called and he seen the jeep listed for $34,577.00. I told him I have a screenshot of $24,577.00 and the NEW price he put in of $34,577.00. He admitted the mistake and admitted changing the price. They should hold the price listed on the website. The pictures I uploaded on this form will prove my statement. Is there anything I can do about it?Initial Complaint

I paid the dealership $2800 to do a variety of body work services on my 2008 Dodge Dakota including rust repair, patching inner fender well holes, replace and repaint the driver's side rear door, and matching & blending the paint into the front door. Upon picking up my vehicle from the body shop I found large sanding marks under clear coat of the driver's side front door. I pointed this out to the body shop supervisor. He said that they would fix this. When I returned to the body shop again to pick up my truck, I found that the they cut corners while doing their repair. They repainted the two driver's side doors again, but did not remove the mirrors and door handles and gaskets as they had done originally. They instead masked these items off with tape and not very well. There were now paint lines on the body as well as silver paint on the black plastic mirror, door handles, and rubber window seals. I pointed this out to the body shop staff and they kept the truck again to fix the mistakes. When I returned I saw that the mirrors, moldings, door handles had the paint removed by using a razor blade to shave them. Additionally there were still paint lines on the body and unfortunately more sanding marks under the clear coat on the rear door. I took the truck home and called the dealership directly to express my disappointment. The service manager asked if I could drive the car to the dealership to show her and the owner the issues. The service manager and the owner looked at the vehicle. The owner, Kevin Clare, agreed to have the body shop fix the issues with the door paint. I returned to the body shop and again when picking up my vehicle there was a new problem. While repainting the rear door the shop failed to blend the paint into the front door this time. The rear door is now a darker color than the front door (see image). This is unacceptable. The dealership said they will not fix the problem. The job needs to be completed properly or a full refund provided.
