    On August 22, I contacted ******* ******* regarding the purchase of a new company van. Having previously purchased vehicles from ******* as my salesperson, I trusted him to assist me again. I specified that I wanted a black or dark gray van. ******* informed me that he had a dark-colored silver van available.All arrangements were made over the phone, and on Friday, August 30, I went in to sign the paperwork without having seen the van. Due to my tight schedule, I needed to complete the process quickly. After signing, I asked to see the vehicle I had purchased. ******* directed me to drive behind the building to find it. To my surprise, the van was a very light silver, almost white, and was covered in mud on the tires and along the bottom.I immediately called ******* to express my dissatisfaction and requested the dark gray van that was on the lot in front of the building. Unfortunately, ******* did not return my call or respond to my text message. On the afternoon of Thursday, September 19, the light silver van was delivered to my shop, still not detailed and with mud on the tires and along the bottom.The situation worsened when one of my employees drove the van home that evening and it began sputtering when accelerating. Frustrated, I called ******* again and left a voicemail, but received no response. I also sent a text message, which went unanswered. I then contacted the dealership and spoke with *****, the sales manager, and *** the service manager. They arranged for a team member to pick up the van and leave a loaner. To my dismay, the team member arrived with the dark gray van I initially wanted, brand new and never used. It felt like a slap in the face. When I called ***** Clare, the manager, he informed me that he could not sell me that van because it was a loaner. Despite my protests that it was brand new, he insisted that my deal was already finalized. Needless to say, I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.
