    I don’t often write reviews except when customer service is outstanding or unfortunately, extremely poor. More importantly, if I were the owner I would want to know how my business is being managed. ??I was in need of a part for my dishwasher. I have been a customer of Rinfret's appliances for decades, going back to when it was Sturm's appliances. A few of my neighbors told me they no longer use Rinfret's because they had bad experiences. We often share and recommend contractors. I have always dealt with *** in the past and he was always very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Because of that, I disregarded and gave them a call. ?? The morning of the appointment, I received a call from **** telling me he didn't have the part and would need to reschedule for the following week. I told him I wasn't happy and asked if the part could be expedited. He replied "no" abruptly and rudely. After explaining I want to keep the appointment next week but was going to try and find someone who could help me sooner, he almost hung up the phone on me. I want to make myself perfectly clear to everyone reading this, I understand parts can arrive late. It was because of ****'s attitude and rudeness that prompted me to take the time to write this lengthy review. ?? Because of his behavior, I decided to call back to insure the appointment was kept for the following week. I spoke with a woman who was equally as rude and told me they decided to cancel the appointment. ?? In this Covid world, where so many local businesses are struggling and going out of business, it's sad to see such a decline in service when retaining customers is more important than ever. It took only one call for me to find someone else to assist me with service. It's true what they say-it can take months to gain a customer and seconds to lose one. ?? I should have listened to my neighbors...

    We received a phone call from ***************** stating that she was having an issue with her dispenser not working properly on her dishwasher. We advised her we would preorder the dispenser and had put her on the schedule. Unfortunately, the part was delayed and called her immediately to advise her and to get her back on the schedule. She immediately became very upset and said "that was going to be a real problem" and asked us what we were going to do to get out there sooner with the part? We advised her there was not faster route as shipping and delays have been a real problem since the start of Covid. She advised us she was going to find another company who could service her sooner. We had her scheduled her for a Friday and advised her we could return on Monday, so really not that long of a delay. She must have called around and was unable to find anyone sooner so she called us back reluctantly to service her. We advised her we were not interested in her business. We have serviced her numerous times in the past and all of the technicians that had worked in her home said that she was not very nice and they felt uneasy performing service for her. Some customers you really just don't want as customers as we have far too many excellent customers we love to take care of.
