We purchased a brand new 2024 Bintelli Beyond 6 seat golf cart and received delivery on 7/16/24. After only 35 days and with only about 80 miles on it, the cart stopped working. It no longer starts at all. We first dealt with Bintelli directly in South. Carolina. However, they told us there is nothing they can do to help and that we have to work with the dealer in Louisville, KY that built it. They are 5 hours away from us so that is not reasonable. The dealer did provide the name of a small engine repair person near us, but he was unable to fix it. We have since had it transported to a dealer in Michigan who has had the cart for almost 2 weeks but hasn’t even looked at it yet. Who knows how long it will be before we will have it back in working order. This has been a nightmare and one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever faced. The cart was not cheap and to have the company tell us they can’t help us is inexcusable. We obviously bought a lemon.Bintelli LLC Response

Bintelli is an OEM that only sells to authorized dealerships, due to automotive laws, we can not sell or service the retail public, everything must be run through dealerships. As you purchased your cart from an authorized dealership five hours from you, that is the dealership that would be responsible for assisting you with any warranty or non-warranty repairs. Once your dealer evaluates your cart, if they need any parts from us we'll send them out quickly.Review from Rebecca S

11 months ago we bought a Bintelli beyond 4 person golf cart we also purchased the 3 year parts and labor warranty for the first 9 months it worked fine but for the last 2 months has been a nightmare first they came out and replaced programmer that lasted about two weeks then they came back picked it up and said it was the batteries so they replaced the batteries with used batteries and tried to charge me $140.00 which we refused to pay and had to show them where we purchased the extra warranty that lasted about two weeks the they came back and took it a second time but all this didn’t go smooth they will not answer phone calls or text anyway they picked it up again and replaced the batteries again with new ones now it’s dead again and we’re not getting any response from the dealer in Trussville AlabamaReview from Kristy M

I like the golf cart but it could have better suspension. It rides pretty ruff compared to my club car. I also absolutely don't recommend buying the golf cart curtains that they sell. They are poor quality, rip easily and don't really keep the wind or rain out if you happen to get caught in an unexpected rainstorm.Review from ANGIE G

It has been about 4 months to the date today, and the front tires are all flat and on one side. Back tires are the same as when we purchase. Now last time they where charging us almost $500. We made a big deal because it was only 6 month since we had bought the cart the lowered it to $212. I need new tires and it only has been 4 months. The cart is only used maybe 3 times a week short distance. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ And once again I have to do this. I do really think they need a real training on their employees, they never know anything. I just heard a story that I am not the only one unhappy. The first time they made it better and I thought I wouldn't have a problem again, but here we are. Management doesn't care about customers they do not call you if there is a problem and you request to talk to them. Also, their carts are badly manufactured. I just had to send mine back for tires after only having it for 5 months. Got charged because of course tires are not included on the warranty, OH and do not get me started on that because the 4 years warranty doesn't cover a thing. I would think tires last more than 5 months using the cart less than a few days a month. And trust me tires were worn out very strangely so basically it wasn't the driving or anything that we did. I will not take this posting off no matter what. People need to know what they are getting into with them. I am never buying a thing from that company. And I am looking to see if I can get maintenance somewhere else.Review from Thomas S

If you want to buy new tires every 500 or so miles then this is the golf cart for you. Beware no recourse from Bintelli or dealer. Do your research before purchase.Review from Leroy S

I am shocked to see the negative reviews. Our personal experience was the opposite. We live in the Largo, FL, area, and we purchased our Bintelli from a local dealer in 2021, and they were terrific. We are still enjoying our golf cart and have not had one issue. In fact, before purchasing our golf cart, we shopped around and found this brand was one of the better ones, and the dealer raved about how dependable Bintelli is. The owner even expressed how he used to sell other brands, and he found Bintelli to be a company that cares about its products. If you are in Florida, check out Shaffer's. We have referred many other people to them and have not heard any negative response from those we referred.Review from Peter M

I am a golf car and LSV dealer in Grasonville, MD and have enjoyed an excellent working relationship with Bintelli LLC. Everyone I have dealt with from principals, sales reps and their parts department has been very professional. If I or a customer made a warranty claim there were no questions asked and the parts were rushed out to me right away. I feel they go out of their way to satisfy. Peter M.Review from Kristin C

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Like everyone else on this forum, I experienced the worst customer experience from Bintelli and one of their dealers. I purchased a Bintelli Beyond golf cart from an authorized dealer and within 5 months the tires wore out in the front. I asked the dealer to look into and and they were not able to replace or fix the issue. The said Bintelli will not replace tires since its a wear and tear item. The cart was still under warranty and only had less than 500 miles on it, and obviously there was a malfunction somewhere. I tried for two months for s resolution but got no where, and even contacted Bintelli but they were not willinging to help. I replaced the tired myself and 5 months later the same thing happened, front tires completely bald. I contacted the dealer again, but they informed me that they stopped selling Bintelli carts due to horrible customer service from them and that they never honor any of the manufacture's warranty on any of the vehicles they sold, so they dropped all their vehicles. I contacted Bintelli and they told me sorry, I was out of luck since the dealer was my only recourse. I even took the cart to an independent repair shop and they tried to get parts from Bintelli to fix an issue with one of the rims and a part for the suspension, but they were told they cannot send them the part for some reason. I'm stuck changing out the tires every 5 months or so for now until I sell the cart. I've also heard of other customers having the same issue with the tire wear and Bintelli was unwillinging to help. I paid $12000 for this cart and this is not what you would expect from a company. I guess lesson learned from buying from a small company. My advice would be to go with one of the bigger names. I've evangelized my experience with as many people as possible and hopefully can prevent others from making the same mistake I made. I live in a very large golf cart community and have stopped at least 10 people from purchasing their carts.Bintelli LLC Response

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TRIO TRIKE !!!!!!! I have only had several months & major repairs are needed which they are not covering under the so called warranty...NO LABOR AT ALL IS COVERED. Who sells a new bike & doesn't cover at least 1 year of parts & labor.. My rear bearing are gone , a major upgrade was needed due to the poor under developed ones factory installed. I incurred major costs for this & Mallory at the main office refuses to communicate & re in burse me for this expense. It's my obligation to warn all new clients of this bad performance & NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL..Bintelli LLC Response

It's unfortunate you continue to slander us online even though we are clearly honoring the warranty that came with your bike. Our warranty clearly states that labor is not included, which is the same policy for almost every major e-bike manufacturer in our price range. As we have told you multiple times in writing and on the phone, we're happy to send the replacement parts to you, free of charge, to any repair shop of your choosing.
