My sons were seen for a cleaning on January 5th, 2024 and as I made their appointment for the next time I was told that the bill for services rendered was $318.20. I questioned it and was told that I had not met my deductible. On January 29, 2024, I received the Explanation of Benefits stating that the claim was filed and that $0 was owed to the provider. I called this business numerous times and every time I called it was like they didn't know about the issue and it was the first time being notified. After no resolution was given by phone calls I visited the office on March 4 and once again started at square one, again. Even though it took an hour, this time I completed a form that requested a refund and was told that I would get a paper check within 7-10 days. It's now April 3 and I have not received a check so I called the business and once again I was told that they would have to check on it and would get back to me tomorrow. I just want my $318.20 refunded.Initial Complaint

My minor daughter ********************* (DOB:03/19/2021) received a bill for regular dental cleaning exam and services for $128.00. Her exam was on July 12, 2023 with *******************************. I have been calling the dental office every month since August 2023 to inform the practice my ********** Blue ******* FEP health insurance (Member ID: ********** phone number ************ and my ********** Blue ******* FEP Dental ********************** (Member ************* phone number ************ covers all of the costs of my daughters dental services. I have sent several e-mails to the practice with the information above and they have yet to reach out back to me. I am very angry and displeased about the services that I received from this dental practice. I called and emailed the practice today 11/3/2023 that I want to drop my daughter as a patient at this practice because of the poor customer service that I have received. My health insurance company verified with me per telephone call on October 30, 2023 that they have yet to receive a return phone call response from the practice for the practice to correct the issue on my daughters bill of service on 7/12/2023. I did not have any issues with billing for my daughters first visit at the practice on 12/202/2023, and I had the same health insurance coverage last year and this year 2023. I want this issue resolved so this bill will not go to collections because I refuse to pay the bill when I have health insurance and dental insurance to cover the costs on everything. I have email correspondences that I sent to the practice since August 2023 to present.
