Villas in ********* ***** as a retirement community with 24/7 gated community.
To date we have 6 small children living in the community and the gates are open 24/7..
Workers park all over the road and trash blows to the current homeowners
yards instead of them picking up..
Now Executive Homes has gone out of business and sold remaining lots to
Lennar another very deceptive organized..without any obligations to
continue the promises made to the previous 36 homeowners that spent
almost half million dollars for their retirement home...
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated..
Warning .......do not waste spending your money here...
