    Note: this dialogue is NOT my actual complaint and is condensed for space. I purchased a garment from this store after it took 2 months to get a response from the owner regarding a question I had about it due to conflicting information on her website I After ordering , it took a week to ship out despite website stating orders typically ship within 24 hours. I alerted the owner that the quality of the garment was unsatisfactory and contained defects. After some back and forth, I informed the seller I wanted to send them back to be exchanged for another pair. She said she’d be happy to exchange them, but then once they were returned to her (which I ONLY did for the purposes of an exchange), she protested to me that she didn’t feel I’d be happy with the replacement pair and urged me to accept a refund. I told her I did not want a refund and if her other inventory was unsatisfactory, I told her to send me a different pattern /pair that I already owned but could use another of. She then tried to tell me that she would be helping to “offset” what I paid in shipping by “waiving” the original shipping charge and “waive” the cc processing fees. She then refunded my money back to me! I was livid. The kicker to all of this, is that she then immediately raised the prices on all the pants from that brand! Here is what I seek by way of resolution : 1. Reimbursement of $9.86 for the shipping I paid to ship the item back to her AND Either: - Send me back my original pants. The same exact pair that was sent previously . Flaws and all. On the house . As a “sorry for the ordeal” gesture. I will disassemble and re-sew and re-dye the fabric . OR - Send me another pair of the same pattern I bought OR the alternate one I had chosen for the SAME PRICE I originally paid . Not the raised prices she just changed them to Note: I will remove the review once the bb b posts my complaint
