            On March 5, 2024, BBB reached out to Quirkfinity regarding their business practices. At the time, BBB had received 4 unanswered complaints in reference to customers not receiving the shirt they ordered. According to the consumers they thought they were ordering a shirt for $4.95 then ended up being charged $9.95 (and up to $39.99) depending on their credit card.

            BBB was able to contact a sales representative who stated that the consumers were entering into a lottery, and if they win the lottery, then they will receive the product that they have ordered. The charges will occur monthly until December 31st, or until consumers cancel the subscription.  The sales representative also stated that they cannot disclose where they are located within the United States. BBB advises consumers to do their research before purchasing items online.

            Site said they were providing mental health awareness sweatshirts free (1 per household) you just pay shipping and handling of $4.95. Did not receive email confirmation. They charged my card 9.95 plus $39.99. They did not tell me about these additional fees. I can't email them. I'm not able to go to a website. I will try to call them with the phone number that is listed. I just want my sweatshirt free and just pay shipping or all money refunded. I can't believe a company can get away with this It's really sad. I don't purchase much for myself. I don't have the extra money. Then they steal from me. I'm very angry and will try everything I can to get my money refunded.

            I made what i thought was an order for a hoodie that i was just supposed to pay s&h of $4.95 for. When i clicked the button it charged me $9.97, entered me in some sweepstakes & a few days later I got charged $29.95 for a monthly "subscription" for what, i don't know. There are multiple "companies" named in the fine print, there are multiple email addresses & phone #'s as well. I tried to email the 2 email addresses that are provided and they were returned undeliverable. I checked the contact info for all of the so- called companies and checked the validity of the websites. I tried ************** and it says "Page not found", *************** looks like an online retailer but if you buy ANYTHING you will see this message underneath... "ENTER OUR CONTEST FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A PRIZE BY CLICKING ON THE BUTTON ABOVE" and that's what enrolls you in the BS membership. I called one of the three (833, 855, 800) numbers that were provided to me only to be met with someone i could barely understand. I was told about the "program" & sweepstakes that i joined. She claims that the hoodie was part of the sweepstakes & that i may win it. ?? I told her that i would be calling my credit card company to dispute the charges & she reminded me that they had my email address proving that i did (unbeknownst to me) agree to their terms. She canceled my monthly subscription but refused to refund the other two charges. I have yet to receive an email for the "original" purchase or for the canceled membership.
