To Whom it May ************ 2 year ago we paid >$550 to The Green Thumb for an orange tree for our garden. After caring for the tree as instructed, after 1 year the tree had not grown at all. At the beginning of the second year the tree started exhibiting dead branches. We informed The Green Thumb at least 20 x and asked for either a replacement tree or our money back. The Green Thumb than agreed to replace the tree this was about a year ago now and many many phone calls. *********************, our sales rep, explicitly stated ***** the owner agreed to replace the tree. Note we sent photos documenting the state of the tree. Since than, no action has been taken, no phone calls or emails responded to. So at this point, we have no orange tree and a loss of over $500. Again, we have phone several times and no responses from our phone calls. We have now given up trying to call The Green Thumb, but we do feel we should be refunded the money or given a replacement tree.We hope you could help us out with this issue.Sincerely,*************************** 4 ************** Hilton Head, ** ***** C: ************ E: *********************
