            Because they are going around ripping customers out of their money. I called the company on July 3,2023 and asked if they could come out to fix the pipe that came loose from my kitchen sink, I spoke with a woman named ******* she told me it would be $50 for service fee, she didnt mention that it was a $425 minimum. The two young men came to see and because I said I dont like going under my house, they said that they would have to reroute my plumbing and I asked why they said that whoever did my plumbing it was done wrong. And they can fix it. Little did I know I took a look under the house I didnt see any new pipes. I called their boss and he told them to take pictures and I asked could they send the pictures to my phone also he said he would as they were leaving I asked for them to send me pictures and they ran and jumped in the work van and drove awayI knew they didnt do what they claimed and talked to another young lady and tried to do the same thing to her, something need to be done about this company. I am in need for majority of my money back, they $569.00 for work they didnt do.

            1) We did a drain line repair in a location where a previous plumber said they repaired it but left the drain line totally disconnected and allowed sewage in the crawlspace.2) The technicians on the job were on the job for approximately 3 hours in the sewage under the crawlspace. 3) Our customer service representative, ******* (not ******** during the initial phone conversation discussed our $50 trip fee only. it is not her job to discuss pricing or "minimums" about jobs she has never seen or had experience repairing. 4) Client agreed to repair charges ahead of the time it was repaired, just like we do every time we go to a service call. 5) The job was complete and tested good and no sewage was discharging into the crawlspace from that point.
