    Wish I could give zero stars. They don't answer the phone, won't return messages. Didn't fix the problem but charged over $400. Today I replaced a temperature sensor myself (not what they told me was wrong). It cost about $100 and I had to remove and replace five screws. I won't call them again and I advise anyone else to find another company.

    Mike went out on January 25, 2021 and diagnosed this wall oven. On the 25th of January he installed a new temp probe that we didn't even charge the customer for. The temp probe is what took out the control board to begin with. On January 29th Mike went back out to install the control board. Told the customer that we would collect on Monday if all was working as it should. Due to the company before us going out and **. ***** was not happy that they were unable to fix the unit. **. ***** called back in March and stated that the unit was not working. I advised him that the control board is on back order and when it came available to order again I would call him and let him know and get him put on the schedule. We do not service the area he lives in, but due to the other company giving the customer our information Mike decided to go ahead and service **. *****. **. ***** called multiple times demanding to know when the unit was going to be fixed. I let him know that I would call when we received it. **. ***** called and acknowledged that she knows that **. ***** can be demanding and not patient. I told her the same thing I told him that when the part was available for order and we received the part in we would warranty the part out and replace it. The part is still not available. The temp probe will fix the problem for a couple of weeks before it takes the control board out again. I will still continue to check and see when it will be available and order it when it becomes available. I will call and let them know when it is here and send Mike out to replace the board. But I will not speak with **. ***** and be talked down too whenever it is out of my control of when the part is available.

    Talk is cheap. Truth is easy to find. Just call them if you need a repair. Also, they were told by email that the first comment would be posted if we didn't have a response by the end of the day and they still didn't care enough to call.

    As I stated this morning, Mike the owner planned on calling Yesterday when he was back in the office and it was 7:16 whenever he got back. We already received the email from **. *****. I am not going to argue, the board is on backorder with no ETA. We do not have a problem going out and warranting the board out when it becomes available. Also as stated this morning I will not be talked down too by **. ***** because I cannot product the part right now. I will call when it becomes available.

    I will be willing to call whenever the part comes in. Mike, the owner of the company was planning on calling **. ***** when he returned to the office. Due to it being 7:16 pm and the fact that **. ***** emailed us at 5:35 he did not call her. No where in the email provided did it say that **. ***** would be contacting BBB with untrue statements. We have no problem CALLING **. ***** whenever the part is available and comes in. I will not be talked down too again by **. ***** that is why I did not answer whenever he called. I cannot make a part just show up when I cannot even order it.
