I was given an extra $480 through the drive thru and didn't think much of it at the time because of the large sum of cash I was receiving. I used this cash to pay my bills, and when they had contacted about it I told them this information. Instead of trying to come up with a solution that was convenient for me, their suggestion was for me to pull my credit and get a loan to cover their mistake. Even after I had explained to them, to try to come up with a payment plan that didn't damage my accounts, they decided, to withdraw funds from my accounts, causing my accounts to drop to a $0 balance, furthermore causing me to miss, my online bill pay for my credit card, receiving a late fee from my credit card company, and dropping my score, and causing me to be late on my credit card statement. I eventually had to my credit card turned off because of the chain of events I had no choice but to turn off my credit card. When I needed more time to pay, they decided to close my accounts and send it to collections, without notifying me I believe. In addition, they didn't get any information from about my income or my obligations to pay to adjust a payment plan that fit around my budget, and I avoided continuing to put funds into my accounts, because I knew they would automatic be taking those funds to accommodate for the loss. I haven't contacted them since to resolve it further, because it wouldn't change unless I kept going up to their superiors.
