After taking my vehicle there and having a diagnosed I was told that it had a misfire on a couple of cylinders. I asked what the cost would be to repair and they said they would call and give me a quote. I got the call and was told $620 to replace coil packs and plugs on the 2013 Chevy traverse. So I told them to go ahead and do the repair. An hour or so later I went down there to get something out of the vehicle and asked again if coil packs were included in the quote and I was told by the secretary that yes they would be included. Couple hours later I got a call that it was done and that it would be $650 and 48 cents because they had to replace the air filter which had a pinched gasket supposedly. When I went to pick it up I had my granddaughter drop me off she was on her way to work I saw the invoice and it all it included was spark plugs labor shop supplies for $40. The labor was 360 and the parts for $212.50. but no coil packs. Jaron who is the shop foreman told me that coil packs were like over $100 each which is a total lie because O'Reilly's Auto parts has a six pack for $240 of original equipment coil packs. They also told me their spark plugs were $7.50 each so a total of $285 parts with coil packs. He then said that the misunderstanding was his secretary telling me that coil packs were to be included. There's no way in the world I would have okayed a $620 quote had I known I was just getting a spark plug change. I have since check prices around town the next highest price for what he had done was $360. Labor and parts included. After checking online for the surrounding area the price is range from $33 to $366 for the exact thing that he had done to my vehicle. I had previously done business with the previous owner who was Kevin and was satisfied but this new ownership obviously has issues with telling the truth. If anyone plans on having work done there make sure you get the quotes, parts prices, and labor charges in writing. He will lie to you.
