Final packet agreement sign 08/29/2022. Still not finished yet. They work with manufacturers, and manufacturers make a lot of mistakes. some parts was changed, some parts still not change , hood -piece got damaged - still not delivered yet whole hood, I never see hood yet. One part different color. Not delivered trims for under cabinet and top. Wall oven cabinet built not right size, owner found solution and give discount ( it’s another story). Will see and update when finished. My final payment $1200. They give me discount for oven wall cabinet-$1500. And owner sent email- it’s will take off from last payment

This customer signed off when there was a 6 month lead time and customer was aware in writing. Then she was not ready when cabinets came due to her husband having a heart attack and the accompanyng financial strain it caused her. So she has not been waiting a year on us to finish. There were mistakes from manufactuer but I have submitted everything as a warranty claim. Parts arrive in two weeks and we will finish the job as promised. The oven cabinet was wrong cutout. I gave customer choice of a new cabinet at no charge or a $1500 credit. She chose credit and we will modify cabinet with parts on order. I have done everything to service this customer in our ethical way although she has accused me of horrible ethics and fraud which is not true. The entire constuction industry has suffered since covid and the remodeling boom that has placed a huge strain on the industry. There are more mistakes made now but it is industry wide and nothing that cannot be remedied. All I can do is fix the issues and I have been faithful to do that. I have responded to every email and text from this customer in a very timely manner assuring her we would fix everything. However, there has been no way to satisfy her.
