    Customer tome is not valued by this company. My home warranty window was 11-3, and when SOS called to confirm my appointment, the gave me a window of 1-4 and notified me that the service fee could be collected via cash or check. The sketchiest technician was sent out through my home warranty company. Upon arriving to my house half an hour after the service window was over, he was requesting that I pay the service fee through cash or Venmo, to which I informed him I would only pay with a check. He spent less than 5 minutes looking at the pipe that was leaking and somehow was able to determine it was a blockage in the line even though the toilet is still flushing. He claimed that was not what the ticket was written for. He seemed to have no idea what he was talking about. He asked me what the issue was and I informed him that was the reason that I had submitted a claim. If I knew plumbing systems, I would have resolved the problem myself. He could not even tell me how the process a plumbing stoppage would be taken care of. Upon leaving, he said he was going straight to the office where he would submit the diagnosis. My HWC had to email them for an update, and the reply was something any one of my 3rd graders could have written. When the diagnosis was FINALLY submitted to the home warranty company the following day, he informed them that a different technician was needed. It seemed like he had absolutely no intention of resolving the issue and simply hoped to make a quick buck by following up with a service claim with no intention of following through, just hoping that I would pay him directly with cash or Venmo.

    We are really sorry that you are not happy with technician's diagnosis, and He did not arrive at time, but He reported to the warranty the main issue was a plumbing stoppage where the problem was coming from the pipe underneath the toilet, which is clogged, that one was the cause the toilet has low water pressure to flush and leaking even the toilet still flushing, so that means the toilet is not the problem. Our intention never was not helping you. If you need a second opinion, please don't hesitate to contact your warranty company.
