The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

I have a prescription for mastectomy bras and a form to be filled by them and they are refusing to fill the prescription for unclear reasons. I had an order submitted and paid for by my insurance over 1 month ago and when I called to check on the status they told me they said there was still no ship date available so they didn’t know when the bras would be in i asked that since they had not been shipped to go ahead and cancel the order and I made an appointment to stop by and make another selection hoping this style may ship faster and it would better suit my needs due to a disability with my shoulders.The girl who came to assist took me back to the very small fitting room and than is when I apologized for inconvenience in cancelling the order and hoped it did not cause any issues that would delay my new selections. I also proceeded to explain that I needed more bras in the exact style I was wearing. She asked to see, I lifted my top to reveal to bras. She said it was a Jodie bra and she said she had, “half” of a Jodie catalog without cover that I could look at. I found the bra I had come looking to get but asked if she had anything else for me to look at. She had an I pad and was scrolling and mumbling but did not answer my questions, she continued to ignore me and stayed focused on the tablet. I was getting frustrated. I told her to order the specific Jodie cool cotton bra in a 44 c/d in white grey and black. She said, “I could but they wouldn’t fit, you’re a 45 (which doesnt exist) then she said no you’re a 48. I told her that I was wearing the same bra in the same size I requested to please order it. I got up to leave because she refused to order my bras,and she blocked my exit. I politely asked her to let me out and I left. I love was shaken. I have a panic disorder and the incident that took place has shaken me to the core. I called back a couple days later and spoke to Janet. She did not give me the opportunity to express my side she just began yelling at me
