            I really hate to do this, but I feel as I should post this as a forewarning to other potential customers. I hired metro plumbing to install two brand new units to the cost of a little over 20,000 dollars. I've had the new units maybe 6 months or so and have already had to have metro return to my address on at least 3 separate occasions to fix one thing or another. It's disappointing that I have been told the guys who originally worked on this job have all been let go from metro due to poor work performance among other issues. It seems that a company that charges that much would vet potential employees a bit more before sending them to a person's house. The only good thing is an employee named **** who continuously has to come back to my house to fix one thing or the other. After investigating metro it appears this is a common occurrence. Price gouging and lousy work.

            Had Metro come to give me estimates to repair a drain field for my septic. I got an estimate of over $3000 for a repair, for which I paid half down ($1600). They came, dug up two of the field lines, and punched a hole in one to see how the fluid drained down. They then stated the field line was no good, and they couldn't do anything except replace field lines. They covered up the digs, not patching the hole they made, actually wanted to charge me more for the dig and to be told they couldn't do anything. They then let it go for what I had already paid. I SHOULD HAVE gotten a refund. They didn't actually fix anything. They then proceeded to give me 3 tiers of estimates- 15k, 20k, and 25k, to lay new field lines. Oh yeah, they wanted 3 days to complete the work. After a week, I had septic overflow coming up through a hole in the ground where they punched a hole in the drain pipe. I called ****** ****** *** *****. *** came out and gave me an estimate of $3400 to repair the drain field. He came out and in about 3 hours, hooked a new drain line to the bottom 3 fields to bypass the clogged bad 2 lines further up the yard. All is draining and working properly- at a savings of tens of thousands of dollars, and 3 hours time. Use ******, not Metro. All Metro is interested in is markups and upsells. WAY OVERPRICED. I should get a refund because they did not do anything, just pocketed my $1600.
