      I keep getting billed annually $199 even though I cancelled my account years ago for this service! I am blocked from getting in and no one ever emails me back! There is no phone number. How can a company keep charging my card unauthorized???

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/08/01) */ Upon reviewing ************** account, her annual membership is still active under the email **************** The only account she closed down was a previous account she had under the email ********************* AND ******************** I've attached a screenshot of the annual membership plan where her backend shows no cancellation requests were made. The secondary screenshot shows where she cancelled a different account she had with us and how it showcases a member's cancellation. All************* had to do was login to her account associated with the annual plan or reach out to our email at support@ladiesofrealestate.com to request a cancellation and we would have happily closed her account. We have zero emails or correspondence on our end from*************. Not sure why members create multiple accounts, manage to close one, but not the other, then claim we are scamming them. This is an ongoing issue with multiple agents failing to realize they are opening numerous accounts with us under various emails. We have no control of this.

      Date of Transaction 2/23/2021 for annual subscribtion. Amount ****** Annual Membership Billed my account the monthly fee of $***** twice after I upgraded to the annual membership. I had to work with ******** ******* to have these charges taken off my credit card. Now they have told me I didn't pay my $***** monthly fee and have cut off my access to my account. I would like a refund for the unused subscription in the amount of ******.

      In Dec 2021 I was charged a monthly fee from LRE. Then again in Jan, Feb and March (so 3 more monthly fees). And then was charged a YEARLY fee in April. So a total of $***!!! ALL of which were unauthorized!!! I have emailed them multiple times with no response. This is criminal. I never authorized those charges and they should absolutely refund me and their business should be shut down. I'm not the only one they are charging!! Buyer beware!!!!!!

      Same complaints as others on this site. I paid for an annual subscription in April of 2021 then monthly charges started showing up in December, January, February and March then another Annual subscription fee in April of 2022. I would like to get a refund for all of the extra charges including the April 2022 annual subscription charge. I've tried to contact them on several occasions with no response. There is no contact information to be found anywhere.

      I have had the same problems as the other complaints that I see on here. I paid for an annual subscription in March of 2021. Beginning in December I was also charged a $** fee on three separate occasions: December 20th 2021, February 1st 2022 and February 16th 2022. On March 11th 2022, I was charged the annual fee of $***. I have been trying unsuccessfully to be refunded the extra $** that I was charged. As others have mentioned, there is no phone number to reach anyone. The only option is to email support at *******@lresocial.com. I have sent multiple e-mails over the past month with no reply.

      Since August I have been double billed each month. I am canceling my membership today but after reading the other complaints, I am afraid I will continue to be billed. I have searched and searched and there is no number to be found for billing questions and no billing email or chat offered anywhere on the site that I can find. No one to reach out to, to get this straightened out.

      I paid for a yearly service April 23, 2021 which would expire April 23, 2022. Starting in December of 2021, I have been billed a $** monthly fee each month (to date have been charged for 4 months). I should not be paying a monthly fee and would like that refunded. I have made multiple attempts to reach support over this issue (as there is no phone number or social messaging) and have not received any correspondence back. Cancelled the membership in hopes that the *incorrect* recurring billing will stop. Very disappointed in the group.

      I have the same complaints as others on this site. I paid for an annual subscription in March of 2021 then monthly charges of $** Dec, Jan, and Feb then charged the Annual subscription again in March of 2022 for $***.       I am on a plan with this company for $**/month. Below is the email I sent to the company on March 15th, 2022: Hi! While working on my taxes, I realized that I have been billed multiple times a month. I'd like to request a refund for the extra payments taken out of my account. I'm subscribed to a monthly plan. In 2021. I was billed twice in December on the 7th and the 13th for a total of $**. Then I was billed September 4th and September 14th for a total of $**. Then twice again in August. I will provide statements from my bank if needed, however, I'm sure you'd be able to see them in your billing system. I'm hoping to get in touch with someone to resolve this matter quickly. Thank you! ****** The company never responded to my email. I have also sent a message to their ******** group regarding this matter and have been since blocked from their group as well. I would just like to get a refund for the extra money that has been taken out of my account but this company will not get back to me and after reading other complaints on ***, I'm nervous that they'll continue to charge my account. I've attached a screenshot of the charges from my bank account as well as a screenshot proving how much I'm supposed to be paying a month.

      This is similar to everyone below. My wife signed up for an annual account and they charged her the requisite amount, but they have also started now charging monthly on top of the annual fee. We have tried to reach them over and over but no response or refunds issued. They continue to ignore and they continue to charge my credit card each month. We have terminated the information online and deleted the card information, but I believe they will still charge in April. Would like to get our monies returned given their fraudulent actions. We clearly are not the only ones who have had this issue.
