AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - OWNER IS AWFUL!

Had granite installed in our rental cabin the first week of March. Purchased two bath vanities with new granite and new granite for our kitchen. Signed off on the deal - it looked great. That is, until we hung the bathroom mirror a few days later. My husband had noticed water was pooling in the back left corner of the vanity and when I pointed out the mirror was crooked he checked the vanity with a level, and sure enough it wasn't level.

I called Heartland the following week and gave them a few dates during which I had a turn. I did not see them on the camera at any point, but I don't watch it closely. Finally contacted them on 5/5 asking if it had been fixed since I don't live in the area and thought I must've missed them on the camera. At that point our sales person, Amber, said they had tried to call when they were in the area and I didn't answer (I have a classroom full of kids during the day so that's typical) so I either need to give them a window of an entire week (at a loss of about $1500) or pay them $500 to schedule them to fix the work they messed up!

The owner Mike got on the phone and again reiterated, "You signed off on it." I was obviously angry and he said, condescendingly of course, "Bless your heart," therefore using Christianity to bless his immoral business practices. I didn't think he needed to bring God into it, but okay. I told him I wasn't losing $1500 to block my cabin for a week to work around THEIR schedule and he should send his guys in on a turn, and yes, i was furious. He told me I need to be respectfu; or he was going to hang up on me. I said HE was beign disrespectful to ME by refusing to fix his bad work. said, "Bye ******* and hung up on him.

We just bought a larger cabin and I planned to have them do the granite and cabinets, but I will NEVER do business with them again. To summarize, if THEY do a bad install YOU pa

This installation was completed on March 30, 2022. We have a 30 point inspection sheet that is completed after the install and with a responsible party. It was signed off upon without exception by Mr. David Jetter. Upon checking with the installation supervisor, he said that the cabinet and top were perfectly level upon completion. The installation of a faucet and the hook-up of plumbing was being done by someone else. If it were knocked out of level by a 3rd party, or by a homeowner, we would not know. We have made half a dozen attempts to remedy the situation at no cost, in an attempt to satisfy the homeowner. Each and every time we made contact, it was inconvenient for the home owner to give us access to the property, or there was no reply. The home owner contacted us once again, and complained of the issue. She was informed that there would be no charge as long as it was at our convenience. She demanded that a specific scheduled time, fitting her schedule, would be required. She was informed that to do so, after the installation and inspection the day of install, there would be a charge. The homeowner became indignant on the phone, threatening with a social media response, and hung up. There was no inappropriate language by our staff or owners as indicated, which can be supported by our recorded phone system.

There is NO WAY instaling a faucet would knock a vanity off center unless it was a bad install to begin with. What a joke. The 30 point inspection doesn't matter if the vanity is off center and not visible to the naked eye until you attempt to hang something. As for attempting to contact me SIX times, that changed from TWO during our last conversation. I contacted the installer, as Amber told me to from the first time I complained, and gave him multiple dates to fix it. He did not. But somehow not answering the phone while I'm teaching children at my job means that I'm at faultt? Lying, swindling, immoral business pratices, not backing their work, deflecting, blaming the customer - all components of this unethical and ******* business.
