      ACSI Rent Collection is as bad as it gets!!!!!! The customer service is absolutely terrible and not to mention, I think they all must read from a generic script that is not in place to help the customer! I paid off a debt and waited 72 hours for the letter. I was told by the representative that when I get the "letter" I would enter my email and password from either a desktop or laptop. I followed the instructions and the email will not allow me to view the "letter". I called the company, I was transferred multiple times with the same information and then when I got a manager, he was the rudest out of them ALL! He then proceeds to tell me I was supposed to use the last 4 digits of my SSN to access the "letter" which from my understanding is not a letter at all but a receipt. I proceeded to tell the "manager", and I use that word loosely, that I have spoke to various people and that was never communicated to me! Considering I need this letter by 5p EST today, I would have used my SSN and not waist time calling this company. I then proceeded to explain that I can't access the letter. He then tells me that it was sent today. I repeated myself and he repeat himself. Then I had to explain to a "manager" that the word access means I can't open it, not that I haven't received an email. Not to mention he informs me that he can't help me and I have to wait another 72 hours for a "letter" that is really a receipt. It is an absolutely outrage how terrible this companies community service but from what I experienced today, it is very clear that they could careless about customer service from top to bottom!!! Complete disgrace!

      Thank you for providing me with a phone number to speak to management at ACSI. This further clarified that the staff and management at this company are not adequately trained to handle questions. I called your company to find out that the information I received yesterday by a manager, was completely incorrect. The last four of my SSN is not the password. I was told this morning that I was supposed to receive 2 emails, 1 with the secure message with the receipt and 1 with the system generated password that I was supposed to change once I receive it to make it my own. I have yet, no yesterday or today, received an email containing a password. How is it that you asking consumers to pay a balance but when said consumer pays this balance, efficient information is not provided so the consumer can show proof of the receipt.

      This company needs to be evaluated to the fullest because as a consumer that paid $1700 on Friday, March 4th and still can't access a receipt to prove this payment, is an issue. I believe my consumer rights have been violated.
