5/2/2022 purchased 5 shirts for $106. Didn't receive till 6/10/2022. One shirt was wrong size. I tried emailing several times with no response. Messaged on ******** and ******. Nothing. Finally found owners private page and told her. She immediately blocked me and sent an email for me to return the shirt after several weeks passed. The worst customer service and takes too long to get items and they were wrong size. She still never made it right and never sent me the return packing info to this day. I am blocked everywhere so I can't even speak to her.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/01) */ I've attached showing where customer was in fact given a return label. And to address the timeframe, yes our handmade timeframe does state 2-4 weeks prior to shipping. This order was made and shipped within the timeframe provided and we also did provide a return label directly to the email used at checkout. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2022/08/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) It was over the 4 week turnaround time. It was 41 days! It's the fact that I tried contacting you several times and was ignored. I was blocked because you were under a different name in 2018 and did me the same way. I didn't realize this till after I spent money. You have zero customer service. Blocking customers is not the answer to issues. Make it right. Fix it with me. Not wait weeks to send me something after I find your personal page. No refund was given either. That's not true. You did nothing to help resolve this. I'm showing my emails and messages trying for weeks to resolve this and being ignored and blocked. So unprofessional. Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2022/08/02) */ As directly shown on the screenshot, the claim of the shirt that was the incorrect size has been refunded. It's in your order confirmation to message us on ******** for any inquiries - after doing several searches there are no messages with your name on ******** other than from 2018 when you didn't understand then our handmade timeframe and you were refunded. We also have no messages on "******" as well. Customer also states someone emailed her to return the shirts... that's entirely not true. She received an automated email from the website upon creating a FREE return label. I've also reattached our listed handmade timeframe - 2-4 weeks and to please allow up to 5-7 business days to see an update. In fact, this was received within the 6th business day (business days are Monday - Friday and do exclude weekends). Order was placed May 2nd - 4 weeks from that date is the 30th. As stated directly in our listed handmade timeframe to please allow the full 5-7 business days to receive your order. July 8th was the sixth business day. All of our handmade timeframe is posted prior to ordering and also given immediately after ordering in your order confirmation. With the incorrect size being refunded, this case is complete. Consumer Response /* (2010, 12, 2022/08/04) */ Store finally issued refund after I had to say something. Very disappointed in how they have handled things. Ignoring a customer and blocking is certainly not the most mature or professional way to do things. I just want others aware of my experience now twice with this place. Horrible. I will let others know not spend their money here.
