STAY AWAY HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! HIRED AND FIRED!!! signed contract 9/2 promised by sales rep 6-8 weeks til they start. tried to reach sales rep for a week to tall about more work we wanted done in improvements he had quit and we were never told for a flipping week!! in Oct we had 2 people ahead of us then Nov we still had 2 people ahead of us. we kept getting different excuses for why they are behind and said they were starting on the 1st person Nov and by Dec there were still 2 people ahead of us. like they had not done any work! when I called I was given a weather excuse but it's been warm/nice out and has only rained twice since I previously talked to them. now its weather people are sick and they are waiting on our color to come in stock. they do NOT keep you informed you have to keep calling them they will NOT keep to their time table and it's never their fault. 6-8 weeks was a lie and when we finally got an exact date I wasnt told they wouldnt be able to do that either until 2 days before hand and it was only because I called to go ahead and cancel the contract!! then they say they are still entitled to cancelation money when they breached the contact before I ever. did!! I will NEVER recommend this poorly managed company to ANYBODY stay away like they are the plague unless you wanna get ripped off and told a bunch of lies and be told you have to pay for a service that was NEVER provided!! I have been told by others who have used this company they arent worth the trouble and I agree 100% they now telling me that after 3 days you cant cancel so just stay away!!!
